It was a very good hotel for the following reasons; a) location b) room size c) service

The main thing that disappointed me is something I have not experienced before. I left my earphones to recharge. Upon returning I found one on my bed and the other could not not be found. I enquired at the front desk several times and was given no answer to why this had occurred. Also, I understand that the restaurant was being renovated, however, an alternative could have been offered.

Convenient location, good facilities and overall polite staff. Nice view from the room to Avenue Diagonal.

No ventilation in the bathroom (only dependent on the air conditioning), but during winter when using the heating, the AC didn’t ventilate the air. One of the staff (a lady in reception) was poor in experience. The elevator was out of order when we checked in. The lady didn’t offer any help or suggest anyone else to help us (we had 2 elderly people with large suitcases) so we had to move our luggage by ourselves from the stairs. When we called the reception about the noise of the AC and the water leakage from the shower, she just said “OK…” without providing any suggestions. Although she’s overall polite after we came up with suggestions by us, the staff might need to receive more professional trainings to reach a 4-star hotel.

Very good location. Close to Ramblas with the bus or walking, the beach is maybe 20-30 min with the bus. Park Guell is 20-30 min by bus. The stores Mango, Zara and Massimo Dutti are maybe 5 min from the hotel. Restaurant "Honest Greens" wtih vegan options is nearby, 5 min. Close to supermarket Lidl, 5-10 min. Very good donut shop "Bungnuts", close by. Very nice hotel if you dont want to be in a too crowded neighborhood but still close to the city. There's a busstation in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Asked for a special payed birthday decoration and they arranged it. Very clean room. Will stay here again.

Great location, gorgeous boutique hotel with super friendly staff. I had made a communication error with my booking for a smaller room and they accommodated my extra guest with no issues. Much better stay than any other I have had in Barcelona. If you’re comparing between different hotels and struggling to decide, I would opt for Wilson 100%

Room was nice and clean. We had a cool view of avenue diagonal. House keeping worked flawlessly in our 4 night stay. Room was modern as shown in the pictures. Staff helped well on our check-in/out.

Water tasted a bit unpleasant, lots of minerals. However that's more of a Barcelona issue. Hotel could invest in a filtering device. Noise isolation worked well between rooms, we couldn't hear anything. However we get lots of street noise from the metal window frames. We couldn't be sure whether there is a gap or not but then checked to see there is no gap. So probably the frame is not isolating sound well enough.

Good location. It's an expensive hotel, so it has a lot of designer features and other comforts like hair dryer, hair conditioner, shower gel and great temperature controls in the shower which were nicer than the 3-ish star hotels we stayed at previously. We stayed here as the final hotel in our vacation and was a nice (if expensive) way to finish it off.

It's expensive, and if you're spending time outside the hotel normally to see sights, it's hard for me to justify the cost and extravagance for a personal vacation.

Room was good. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had nice variety of fruits and other food. Veggy options.

I was a little irritated by the noise of the fridge that I couldn't turn off. No slippers in the room and no free water. idk, I'd expect something this from such a hotel. Price of breakfast is a little higher though than I would recommend.

The toilet door is made out of glass. Not a lot of privacy if you travel with someone. Also there is light in the facade but the size of the curtains was not sufficient to make the room dark. I was not able to understand how to use the AC.

Amazing hotel. Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. It's close to public transport and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around it. The gym is small but you can have a nice workout in it. The room was great, the bed was super comfortable. I would stay in this hotel again next time I visit Barcelona.

Everything but you have to keep in mind it is a boutique hotel not a 4 star brand hotel

No tissue in the room , only the first day the water for free when I asked they told this is by the owner law, however they provided us with free water,I reserved 2 rooms one of them was very tiny
