The reception staff were very professional and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable.

The hotel restaurant was a huge let- down. The lady 'in charge' kept talking to other people (friend's of hers??). We had to ask her if we could take a table. She came to our table eventually, with an order notebook but we weren't given any menus. She was most unfriendly and is not a good ambassador for the hotel. We left the restaurant and went back to the main hotel. We were very well looked after by 2 gentlemen who were running the bar. They looked after us very well.

The rooms were very comfortable, the location and the views were great, with the views of the river on one side and the massive San Mamés Stadium at the front which we were looking at from our bedroom window. In the city centre, next to a beautiful green park and the bus station was just down the road! We will definitely be back again some day.

We arrived late, at 10pm, and the restaurant which was next door, was finished serving food at 10.30. It would have been nice to sit in the small bar to have a a beverage but that was closed. There was a fridge with beverages so that was fine.

Large comfortable room, very large bed, good quality towels, tea and coffee making facilities (though no milk). Very nice bar/terrace overlooking the river. Great location next to football stadium. Friendly staff.

Had to pay more for room as originally booked just for myself but ended taking my girlfriend. Same room, no breakfast so why do I need to pay more? Not a major problem, just a bit annoying. Well worth the cost though - very good hotel.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of space for luggage and clothes. Th bath/shower was good and the towels were very large.

The sink was cracked and one shelf in the bathroom had been fixes but you could clearly see the untidy finish on the repaired area. These details are mainly esthetic but they reflect on the maintenance state of the property. From the beginning of the booking I clearly stated that, since we were 3 adult males, we clearly needed 3 separate bed. We could never get a clear confirmation of this and during our various messages and calls we were just told that we had "booked a room (Triple Deluxe) and not a type of bed". This reply, having booked so many months in advance, left us quite anxious until the very moment of the check-in which was quite stressful.

Overall we had a very good stay, but the highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. Incredibly tasty and with lots of choice regardless of time. It was also running until 11am which was quite convenient for us. Asides the breakfast, the staff was very nice and the room was very spacious and clean. They even accepted to hold our luggages for half day, which made a big difference for us.

The only thing we didn't particularly enjoy was that there was a very strong perfume smell in the hallway and the reception, but this did not make it into the rooms, which still allowed us to enjoy our stay.

Really comfortable room with big bed and aircon. Friendly staff and a nice little cafe attached to the hotel. Great location right next to football stadium and 30 minutes on foot to old town + 15 minutes to the Guggenheim. A very pleasant experience.

The hotel parking is €19 a day which felt quite expensive- I would ideally hope for parking to be included in the stay.

It was a good two night stay. The hotel was straightforward to get to from the city bus station and close to the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. Bed was good and comfy, the room could've been a bit larger but was ok. Plenty of choice of food and drinks for breakfast.

windows are soundproof but you would not want to open them when there is an event at the stadium as it is quite loud Restaurant with the city view is only reachable if you come out of the hotel, a bit of inconvenience when raining.

The location is excellent- right across from the Athletico Bilbao stadium, short walk to the bus an metro stations and a very nice stroll to the Guggenheim, Puppy and Gran Via! The food was outstanding, wonderful fresh ingredient, lots of flavour and expertly prepared- and that was for a group of 25, which is never easy. Staff are courteous, welcoming and very helpful!

Everything. A really comfortable stay. Air conditioning works well. The room has everything you need.

The terrace overlooking the river is part of an adjoining restaurant (linked to the hotel) so it didn't seem to be a place that you could just go to for coffee or a drink or just to relax - there is a ground floor terrace on the stadium side for this (which is nice).

Perfect location for attending a match in San Memes. Close to metro and bus station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice room.

Food in Mirador restaurant was poor. Only one staff on duty and she was run off her feet. Service was slow and food was poor. Smell of sewerage outside our room which meant we couldn't open the window at night.
