It's just a 6 minute train ride away from the city center. The room was clean and even though we had a shared bathroom with other rooms, it was always available and rather clean. The towels and toiletries were included. The bed and linens were comfortable. All in all, I'd say, you get exactly what you see in the pictures and in the description, so just ask yourself if it's okay for you.

The place is literally right next to a train station so you hear all the trains coming and going. There was no AC so it was a little hot inside of the room. The shower had some small mold spots. The room was not well sound isolated so we could hear the guests from other rooms.

Very basic rooms with the minimum stuff incuded. Everything was clean and the lady at the reception was very nice. The neighbourhood is lovely, vibrant and gives the vibes of a close-knit community. There is a plenty of lovely tabernas and cafes nearby, and two supermarkets within 5 min walking distance. Even at night, the neighbourhood felt safe, although a little dark.

Walls are pretty thin and you can hear people walking in the corridor and slamming the door all night. Keep in mind that if you want to use metro, you'd need to walk for quite a while.

Excellent value for money when many hotels were hiking up their prices for the Europa League cup final. They honoured our booking in full and provided a decent and clean room with a comfortable bed. Convenient for local transport

Clean simple rooms. Don’t expect any particular luxury and you’ll be great. Train station to go to Bilbao’s center is super close. Free parking is generally easy to find.

The area is not particularly beautiful or full of nice restaurants and supermarkets.

Not bad, tube station is literally around the corner, Staff very kind and professional. Basic accommodation solution. The bar on the left hand side next to the property is fantastic. It works if you want something straight forward and it would be perfect if it was slightly cheaper. Good overall though.

Basic room with private bath. Small kitchen available with refrigerator to keep drinks and food cold. No stove, but microwave. Just around the block from a train station.

Room was hot in early September. A fan would have been nice. Also the streetlight shined directly in the window.

Nicely outfitted interior with cosy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and made check in easy. Location is a little noisy due to nearby traffic and train line, but otherwise nice place to stay a little way out of Bilbao’s urban center.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and was so kind to give us info on how to get around. Additionally, towels were provided for us to use, which was awesome!!
