Everything was amazing! The staff were very helpful, the room had a beautiful view and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a large choice of different foods and it was all fresh.

In February the weather was wonderful so we kept the window open in our room and it was very comfortable. At night however there were mosquitos that came in if we left the windows open (not the hotels fault). We closed the window and it got very stuffy and warm in the room. I tried to run the air conditioning system just to get some air in the room but I couldn't get it to work. To be fair, I just dealt with it and didn't let the hotel know so I can't fault them.

The hotel staff is the most professional and polite I have dealt with in my entire life! They make the guest feel really special! The hotel's restaurant is AMAZING! The environment of it is so cozy, and the food is also AMAZING!

The bathroom cleanliness was a bit poor, and the sink and the WC were not working properly. For a 5 stars hotel and the price they charge, the bathroom should be in perfect conditions.

I loved the historical aspect of the property. Loved the sandstone construction from Ssntanyi. Loved that my in laws had their month long honeymoon here and left pregnant with my husband!☺️😅

They could have hooks along the stone walls behind each lounge to hang purses and other things up. Also being a beach/sea hotel they should offer apres sun with every room as they offer wonderful body cream.

Beautiful old world hotel with a modern touch. Excellent value for money in off peak season. Rooms are split between the original hotel building with refurbished rooms and a new building across the street which is accessed via tunnel. My room in the original old building had a beautiful view for amazing sunrise.

The service overall was very good, especially from the reception/concierge desk. Breakfast service was a little patchy with long waits for hot dishes.

Location close to really good golf courses, beautiful rooms, restaurants and pool. Loved the ability to swim in sea directly from the rocks in front of the hotel.

The hotel is comprised of 2 buildings, with a busy road between the buildings. I recommend staying in the main building in case traffic disturbs you.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The reception staff was also very co-operating. First we booked normal room. The receptionist suggested us for an upgrade(with some additional cost). The upgraded room was just fantastic.

Steps leading directly into the sea, outside terrace. Loved the design of the sun parasols and the breakfast was good.

Steps in pool chipped with sharp rdges, tiles missing on infinity area. Food around pool area had to be sent back (undercooked chicken). Frozen marguerita sent back too as tasteless but I was given a glass of rose to replace.

The property is beautiful, especially the terrace and pool areas. Delightful staff.

Sadly the quality of the cooking doesn't match the rest of the hotel services. Breakfast is adequate but lunch and dinner were both disappointing.

Location is excellent, right on top of the coast, beautiful views to relax and waste time with a drink of your choice. 20 mins from main airport, and 20 mins from Palma for a opportunity to sight see or shop. Room is beautifully styled, clean and modern. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Thankyou.

Visited hotel at end of November and shame the plunge pool in the hotel room wasn't heated, so couldn't use it due to cooler weather, but enjoyed the free hotel spa instead.

We had the best room with wonderful views over the bay and pool. So exquisite in the ambience and it was a very special and memorable stay. Thanks so much for your kind hospitality. We will be back :)

Nothing was lacking. Staff were great. Room was exceptional - number 33 in main building Breakfast was very good. Pool area was lovely and to relax on the loungers overlooking the sea
