Lovely staff and located perfectly for us. We even were told we were upgraded when we arrived which was a nice touch. Cala Mayor beach and plenty of restaurants and bars are all within 15 mins walk. Our room was cleaned and we had fresh towels each day which was a nice touch. The beds are super comfy and we had a lovely balcony. Nice reception area which was well maintained.

The shower was old and had wobbly flooring which was fixed within 24 hours of asking and the window in the bathroom was painted shut. We had very little light in our room and what we did had flickered all the time so we couldn’t be used. There are the most awful photos of woman everywhere and the one in our room was way too big and dominated what could have been a lovely space. The hotel and pool area just looked tired and in need of some love.

Clean facilities, super great location, rooms, pool but the best part of the stay was definitely the staff that works there! Dalila ñ, the receptionist is a top notch professional and will make you feel welcome and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is 5 stars! Hans is also great, Alina, and Marta make great coffee for you and are super attentive and kind. This place is a gem! Highly recommended!

We’ve been upgraded to a superior room and offered a welcome drink. The manager & staff were friendly, and willing to help. The pool area and the lobby is very nice. Parking available. Proximity to the beach.

The pool area was pretty noisy all day long due to several families with kids staying at the hotel. If you’re hoping for a quiet time by the pool, this isn’t the right hotel. The hotel has no elevator, which can be tricky with large suitcases. The wifi didn’t reach our bedroom on the second floor. The walls of the bedrooms are quite thin, you can hear the neighbors and the water pipes.

Some of the reception staff were grumpy and unhelpful at times - end of season perhaps ? Feel the large wall pictures around pool and in reception need updating - especially the tatty one by pool that looks like a woman who’s taken a drug overdose … not quite the holiday vibe I was looking for

Super cool beachy design…totally to our liking! Very friendly staff and excellent food and drinks! Booked the hotel last minute by chance dew to cancelled flight. We loved it and will definitely come back there on day.

I don’t mind to walk the stairs but it would be cool if there was a way to get your heavy suitcase upstairs without carrying it…..but that’s really the only thing! Next time we travel light 😅

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was phenomenal. Reception person Lucia was so helpful and helped our whole wedding party. Dalia, Victoria too Bar staff: Alina, Sofia, Ion and Marta plus the cleaning crew were so nice. I made sure to get all their names to write this review that's how much i enjoyed my stay.

Loved the hotel vibe , play list was exceptional daily, staff, food, cocktails, location, staff super helpful. Beds , bedding and pillows super comfy and quiet at night.

Breakfast was very good. Lovely staff.

Only issue was size of toilet/shower room. It was just a cupboard! Floor flooded when using shower.

Zhero has a fresh and vibrant feel and also a lovely calm atmosphere with a great little veranda off the rooms. We found all the staff to be so helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing. Afternoon drinks around the pool are a treat also. My daughter and I really enjoyed our 4 day stay.

I was introduced to Hotel Zhero several years ago and have been coming back year after year even month to month some years ever since and felt I should finally write a review…I have to say I love this place and actually always hate to leave! Why? So many reasons having travelled the world this place is my Zen, it’s style, it’s chic, it’s cleanliness, it’s the friendliest and by that I mean Hansi and his team are all amazing! the fact that everyone knows your name is truly special and reflects when you easily make friends with other hotel guests with ease to me says it all ! Great experince if you try you will see yourself 👌
