1. The room is spacious for a family of four and is very clean. The aircon works well. The check out time is 12, which worked out quite well as we had a bus to catch around 12pm. 2. The breakfast buffet was good and the kids enjoyed the food. 3. We received the personalised gift from the cleaning team. 4. The hotel has a list of recommended restaurants and bars to try. 5. The hotel is quite close to a number of playgrounds, which was very helpful to families with young kids. 6. The bus stop is nearby, only 10 mins bus ride to town. 7. Walkable distance to Amara suburb, which has a lot of bars and restaurants. 8. I personally quite like the toiletries provided by the hotel.

Extra thankful we booked a place with helpful and friendly front desk staff since one piece of luggage did not arrive with us. Luggage did show up a day late and front desk staff had it secured. Hotel is in a quiet area. We also like to walk and see the city -- so for us, this location was great.

After a long flight and then driving from Bilbao to San Sebastian, the entrance to the parking garage eluded us for several loops. We did find it! Entrance is off Zuaznabar Kalea heading towards the river and the sign is on the right side of street for Parking Pío XII underground.

The room was decent sized, clean, tastefully furnished and felt spacious even with an extra bed for my son. Beds were also comfy. We loved that it was located in a quiet and very pleasant leafy part of the city, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas (about a half hour pleasant walk into the centre of the Old Town or there are also frequent buses which stop right outside the hotel). It was also near the Real Sociedad football stadium which my son was keen to visit during our stay. Breakfast was basic continental selection, good enough.

The lady at the reception first told us that there is no space for our bikes. Then we wanted to put them in the room (were there was plenty of space) but she said its forbidden. After a long discussion there was all of the sudden a room for bikes! Clearly the person didn't want to help us. We know that there are rules and we respect them. But the treatment wasn't friendly at all and we felt there was no willingness to find a solution.

Easy walking distance from the bus station or bus stop 30 second walk away. Lovely hotel, friendly and pleasant reception staff with quick, no nonsense check in. Excellent WIFI connection. Room was very clean and spacious, excellent hot shower. Very nice chamber maids, always said hello and very helpful. Unable to comment on breakfast as did not have but another couple of friends stayed and they did and said lots of choice and excellent. 10 minute walk to Real Sociedad football stadium one way and 15 minute walk (if that) to the old town for so much choice of bars/food. Little supermarket 3 minute walk away and lots of lovely little bakeries dotted all around

Spacious room, the bed was enormous and so comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast plentiful. No TV channels in English but as we weren’t in the room that much this was not really a problem.

Some may think a little too far out of the centre but we do not mind walking (about 20minutes) to reach the old town. We went in peak season so it was actually much nicer to be away from the noise and crowds. There were local places to eat in the evening but obviously not a big range but for us it was fine.

Nice spacious rooms in a good location. Shower works very well. It’s a lovely 25 minute walk along the river to the old town and a bit further to the beaches. The walk is nice but the hotel is also near bus stops if you don’t feel like walking. Lots of cafes and bars nearby as well.

Only thing we didn’t like was that our room was next to the breakfast room so was very loud from about 7am. This wouldn’t be a problem for many people though (ours was the only room so to the breakfast room) so I wouldn’t let it put anyone off.

Good location 15-20mins walk from main (national and international) bus terminal and 10mins walk from Amara train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good size bed with wonderful, firm mattress to maintain a good rest. The breakfast is well-presented, good varieties and plentiful. The late breakfast option and check out times are very accommodating. Storage room for luggage is available to make check in/out times more comfortable. Lunch/dinner food delivery available to order. The hotel and the entire city is dog and children friendly. Plenty of playgrounds are around and such fun to watch the dogs playing free on the beaches.

The advertised fridge and streaming tv services (Netflix, Amazon) did not work

We stayed in a quiet room, that was spacious. Nice and friendly staff.

The room was not cleaned , only bed made and floors left as they are. Only one bed side table, no coffee , kettle or water. The hotel is a 20-30 mins walk from the center, parking is quite expensive (20 eur in underground public parking - 3-5 mins away). The price for the hotel doesn't justify the facility. We had AC just opposite the bed, meaning it was blowing directly on us so we had to switch it off.

Hotel in quiet location, about a 10-15 minute walk from Euskotren station and 20 minutes from Renfe one. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room and bathroom and comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast and they made us a picnic breakfast to take away on the morning we had to leave for an early train before breakfast service started. Hotel only has 2 star rating, but I would rate it higher.

Nothing really, though one improvement would be a room safe.
