Recently built/renovated hotel, very stylish, clean and comfy. Personnel is exceptionally helpful, polite and helpful. Location is great right in the middle of Centro, 5 minutes walking to the main beach, 15 min walk to Parte Vieja. Welcome during and Coffee Corner were nice additions. Expetional value for money.

There are 3 points, not sure how much it is valid for 3* hotel, but still: - I would prefer some warm food for breakfast as well. While jamon and chorizo are of a great quality, I was also missing some scrambled eggs and sausages. - There we three of us I the room and you either have to open/close sofa all the time or the room becomes supertiny. - Not sure why Coffee Corner could not work 24/7....

Location - the street it is on, "Urbieta Kalea", is very convenient. Lots of places to eat within a few blocks. The main bus station, "Donostiako Bus Geltokia", is an easy (flat), 8-10 mins scenic walk (with luggage). You can also rent bikes one street away, on Reyes Catolicos Kalea, at LA BICICLETA DONOSTIA BIKE RENTAL. Hotel Staff - all very friendly and polite. Provided us with a convenient map, and several suggestions as to what districts to visit (food, shopping, museums, night life, surfing, etc.) Hotel Room - also great. We had a room overlooking the main street. The curtains were black-out, and the balcony doors offered very good soundproofing. Bed was super-comfortable, pillows likewise. Air conditioning was also excellent (we were able to keep the room at a nice 18 degrees celsius, in June/July). Furnishings - all very stylish, modern, clean.

Our room only had space for one large bag to be opened out (as when we travel, we tend to live out of the suitcases). To be fair to the hotel, the room did include lots of wardrobe space, should you choose to unpack your clothing.

Helpful staff, very clean room, nice breakfast. Virginia in the breakfast area was very welcoming and caring about everything. She went the extra mile, suggesting us a trip to Zarautz and Getaria and a wonderful choice of restaurants. Happy to have met her! The hotel is in a great quiet location near the beach, bars, shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Lack of slippers in the room. Small room although we booked the superior type. We requested for a double bed instead we got a twin. Although we knew that was upon availability, so far in our travels we never had to cope with that.

Great Hotel. Everything felt new and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Free coffee downstairs and a few free drinks in your mini bar. Nice size of place - not too big or too small. Easy walking distance of everything and close to the bus station.

These a a few very points but don't stop the hotel getting a 10 from me! 1. A couple of coat hooks in the room would be good 2. The shower could have been more powerful 3. I didn't like receiving a payment link as there are so many scammers around these days. Would prefer to pay via Booking or at the hotel.

Very easy to find, in nice part of town, small supermarket across the road ideal for picking up snacks, etc, free welcome drinks in mini bar, access to the “coffee corner” throughout the day, very friendly staff. We were surprised with a room with a balcony and sofa area. Spacious toilet. All facilities very new. All in all, an ideal stay!

Just back from a lovely stay at the Arrizul Hotel Catedral. The hotel is in a great location about a 10min slow stroll to the Concha beach and a couple more mins to the old town. There are plenty of bars and cafes down each of the side streets when heading down. Across the road from the hotel, there's a mini market where you can pick up snacks, toiletries, etc. The hotel itself has a lovely boutique charm with a small but welcoming reception. When we arrived we we offered a glass of fizz while our room was prepared (arrived an hour before checkin) which was a nice touch. Our room was clean and spacious for two. It had comfortable twin beds, and the bathroom was an ample size with a walk-in shower. Towels, nice and thick that were cleaned daily. We hadn't opted for breakfast to be included, but we were informed by the reception staff that we could still pay a daily rate of €14 each if we wanted and glad we did. Breakfast was great, decent selection of cold meats, fresh cut fruit, juices, cakes, etc. I massive shout out and thank you to the waitress who served us daily. My partner is gluten-free, and she went out here way to ensure there was something extra (gf cakes, biscuits, cheesecake ) she would enjoy apart from the gf normal bread/cereal, making our stay feel extra special. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room and location. Staff were absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful and really friendly. It really made our trip. Would definitely stay here again if we were in San Sebastiàn, and would happily recommend to anyone else.

Great location. Lovely bedroom, with nice bathroom and good shower, and the bonus of a little balcony. Plus the welcome glass of fizz on arrival is a nice touch. We couldn’t fault our stay.

When booking through Booking.com, the hotel doesn’t take automatic payment. The hotel makes you pay through their own payment link which they email to you. It was only because I happened to read a Trip Advisor review warning people of this, that I even realised. I just assumed Booking.com would facilitate payment as I’m used to. So make sure you pay the hotel directly even if you give Booking.com your card details or the hotel can cancel your booking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we got a free upgrade of the room upon arrival. The hotel and rooms are clean, and was cleaned everyday. We didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on this. The room with enclosed balcony is definitely recommended. For us the location was perfect, 15 walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the old town. the area around the hotel was quiet and had a ecological supermarket, bakery and a normal small supermarket just next door. We would stay here again.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, clean and modern. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower and the water pressure was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly- they noticed that it was my birthday and left cava and chocolates for me. The location of the hotel is good - very near the bus station and near the cafes and restaurants around the cathedral, so a bit away from the beach but not far. We had a room with a view over the street and it was very light and not noisy.

Our only suggestion would be to make the ‘coffee corner’ available all day.
