A hotel that's authentic, done with simplicity and very peaceful for a town location. Honestly refeshing to be in hotel which is not overdone and retains its well-earnt stylish age. Breakfast is very simple but ample - choices of fruits, breads, yoghurts, juices and offer of cooked eggs & bacon. I ate in the hotel's restaurant one evening and it was very tasty (check opening hours and days. It is displayed on the door).

For me personally the stay was exactly what I expected and more. I felt really at home and wanted a simple stay that was away from some of the more hussle bustle areas of Tenerife. I cannot recommend La Orotava enough. I used public transport all week, incl to/from Tenerife Sur airport. Parking in La Orotava could be challenging. The main La Orotava bus station is a fast 10, easy 15 min walk away (uphill on the way) for frequent walkers and you can go past both Botanical and Quinta Roja gardens en route. I took a taxi home one late night from Puerto de la Cruz centre which cost 17Euros.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself is stunning, located in a beautiful and peaceful area, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options, and the coffee was top-notch. We also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious—high-quality ingredients and great flavors. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return!

The hotel is very well situated. All of the main attractions of La Orotava are walking distance. The hotel has three private parking spots, which turned out to be enough in our case. The common area of the hotel has a nice colonial atmosfere. The room was large. The bathroom was a little outdated. The room rate included breakfast, which was great and it was tasty. The staff were very nice and friendly.

There was no smart TV.

This hotel is a little gem I was met at the door by zoy Hab and welcomed in the hotel which is a beautiful canarian town house with traditional Interior courtyard beautifully restored The room ihad was immaculate just like the rest of the building The staff were excellent and the food was 5 stars this should and will be a Michelin starred hotel I am looking forward to visiting again soon I'd like to thank everyone whom I met at this lovely place for the wonderful time I spent with you all See you soon Kindest regards Paul

Nice walking location to all in Orotava you would want to see. We definitely lucked out in parking, but budget several circles to come across if driving, but can stop in front of building for a bag drop (again plan time, you’ll need to download an App to get into your damn room … No attendant in afternoons). There is a lovely Apt on roof potentially. Our 102 room had a HUGE terrace and nice views, but room faces street and a main through for traffic. Breakfast decent. Morning staff great

No attendant Impersonal check-in with everything via an App on your phone. We’re well past Covid, please hire a human being to receive your guests!!

Nice hotel in the heart of la Orotava. The room was perfect for our stay of one night, and there is a terrace on the rooftop with a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast in the morning is really good, and we even had our dinner there at night as it was one of the only restaurant open around a Sunday night. It is a little bit more expensive but really good. The parking in front of the hotel is really appreciate.

The accommodation is located in the old, historic part of La Orotava. It is elegant and beautiful both inside and outside. What truly makes it special are two things: the rooftop terrace, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean, the mountains, and the charming buildings, and José—the receptionist, waiter, and all-around host. He is kind, professional, and serves wonderful breakfasts.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location brilliant right in the middle of the town.

The original room was awful ( roof terrace) small and old! We complained and got a lovely room with no problem. This room was lovely and the room we had originally booked !. No parking available when we arrived

Good breakfast options with staff asking if you want additional options such as scrambled or fried eggs. Towels and bedding are refreshed every day.

The room did not have air conditioning but only a fan, this makes it uncomfortable for the warmer periods, the bathroom exhaust fan in the ceiling also wasn't working.

This the perfect place in Orotava - lovely staff helping you into nice rooms in a charming old building, in the centre of the town, with a perfect view of the hills from the roof terrace! Even the breakfast is very good.

Make sure your phone is charged and you have received the email with the code to enter. But the benefit is that this means you can arrive any time.
