Located right at the heart of the Chueca neighbourhood. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The room was big and had high ceilings. The receptionist was lovely and spoke great English. They store luggage on last day and you can even leave your bags at a sister hostel if you wish.

The bathroom was small and I had to plan how to move around in it in order to avoid banging my arms or legs.

Perfect location, near metro station, easy to reach all main tourist areas. For evenings close to a lot of bars and entertainment places. Each day rooms are cleaned, personnel are nice.

Not possible to change that, but very tiny walls. So in the morning you can hear whats happening in corridor :)

I love the room, pretty clean. The bed very comfortable. The bathroom has a funny smell, I believe it came from the curtain. Other than that, the hostal was fine. It was at the centre which was easy to move around to important historical places. The metro of Gran Via was 4 blocks away from the hostal. Great place to stay for a couple days.

My only thing about the hostal was that, we have to check-in ourselves. It was a little disturbing.

Location in an interesting neighborhood, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom a bit small, but all worked well, especially the shower.

A bit noisy, both from the street and from other rooms. More hangers for the closet would have been better.

The beds are great(literally I want one for my own home), location is great(most important attractions get to the point that it's easier to walk than bothering with the metro), Service was great before, during and after our stay.

Very few negatives, only thing I would add(sort of nitpicking) they should include some type of kettle in the room, for some is useless but for others is a godsend. It's true what some people say also about the noise, however people around are conscious about that and behave themselves at night. I am willing to trade the sound at night for the location any day.

The staff were incredibly nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was extremely basic but had everything we needed for just one night. The neighborhood couldn't get any better and the price was right.

The walls were very thin and we could hear every word that the neighbors were saying which was kind of awkward. The rooms could use some updating/are in a bit of rough shape but everything worked fine and was clean.

The staff was extremely nice. The guy on the reception gave us very good tips of what to visit during our stay. In the night the people in the room next to us made some noice but we texted them and they solve it directly. The location was perfect and it was clean.

The gentleman at the front desk was terrific and helpful. He spoke English better than I do. We would stay there again without hesitation.

A bigger bathtub, however, the shower worked just fine.

the room is very clean and it suprice me that during the day the cleaning woman cleaned the room and put new bedding. my private things was put in bed and was fresh when i came back

i loved everything perfect location, perfect shops and near to swedish embassy..i fully recomend the perfume shop near by

Very responsible staff and excellent location. Right in the center of Madrid, we used public transport only once during 8 days.

Rooms are too small, but if you spent most of the time outside its OK.
