Love the concept of the hotel, indoor water features and loads of plants. It's a bit different from the normal chain hotels. it has parking on site, very convenient(although pricey lol). Ralph was very helpful and welcoming on arrival, Found the beds comfortable, and extra blankets provided incase needed.

The air con was so slow to respond that we actually thought it was broken to start with 😂 but give it a while and it kicks in eventually! The temperature of water in the shower was at times quite dangerous as it fluctuated wildly between comfortable, scalding hot and freezing cold - water consumption in other parts of the hotel I'm guessing, but was dangerous when showering the kids. The parking was a tight underground car park,be fine with a small car but we have a large 7 seater Volvo and it was tight - so please be aware!

Location was AWESOME! , malasaña is a perfect centric location. In general all was pretty good, the staff was kind and gentle. The tv selection was diverse and has everything you like, there was free fruit at the entrance a very nice detail. The decor was amazing. at night the door is closed what provides security.

That I had no fresh air when opening the window. And there was noise from other rooms facing my hut or cabin but that was ok. There was not enough space where to hang your clothes only a ring facing the shower not a proper armoire. There was nobody at the reception at night and when calling their whatsapp it sent me to a mailbox. I disconnected the AC for a while and at night it was still cold, I could not be clear if that was an internal AC to the whole building besides the one provided in the room. I wish the reception would have told me, the hotel closes its doors after midnight and you can open it with your room key.

- *Location*: The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to Gran Vía and most major tourist attractions. - *Room Comfort*: The room was comfortable and had a solid structure, blending elements of luxury and classic decor — though the mix felt a bit inconsistent. - *Staff Attitude*: Despite the slow and disorganized check-in, the woman in charge was very kind and tried her best to ease the inconvenience.

- *Check-in Process*: Check-in was unnecessarily long and complicated. Instead of a regular front desk, it was handled in a small room with two staff members who seemed overwhelmed. Even though payment had been charged three days in advance, the process wasn't any faster. - *Hotel Style & Ambience*: The entrance and stairs felt old and somewhat gloomy. The hotel tries to mix luxury with vintage, but it ends up feeling outdated and worn. - *Renovation Disruption*: The hotel was under renovation, which was not disclosed in advance. The elevator was not working on all floors — something that should have been communicated to allow guests to reconsider their stay.

What a gorgeous hotel! Value for money seems very good- Madrid hotels aren't the cheapest but I thought that this one was very competitively priced. Tons of great bars and restaurants very close and tourist attractions in the other direction- everything was walkable. The room was beautiful and very well designed so you could get a good night's sleep with ingenious roof window shade. There were also multiple common areas that were very cool in the hot weather and also beautifully decorated. Fast wifi too!

Great location! 5 minutes walk from Gran via but still a quiet street and a cool area. The staff is very nice and helpful, they helped me with a small surprise to my boyfriend in the room, for his birthday, when we arrived and also gave me some tips on where to visit next. Also the hotel is beautifully decorated!!

The walls are not really thick so you can hear a little from the corridor, and also there wasn't any hand soap. Maybe I should have asked but I only stayed for one night so used the body wash that they provided.

Walking distance to center. Mid shift staff very helpful and friendly.

Property being renovated so it wasn’t cleanest. Elevator was not working to 3rd floor where my room was so had to carry luggage to 2 plight of stairs. I got help carrying my suitcase up but receptionist when I was checking out refused to help.

Very good location and comfortable, nice decorated too. Is all decorated like a jungle, I found it cool and modern.

The staff was a bit rude in the morning. I did what was told to me the previous day, and this morning they complained about it (was two different people); I found it super rude from them. Some rooms do not have elevator.

A very original and out of the ordinary accommodation, with a beautiful common area. Our room was spacious and clean. It is conveniently located near the city center and near two nice (gentrified) neighborhoods. They offer a parking space upon reservation. From the hotel you may easily walk everywhere.

Nothing.

Very comfortable room, very clean. Good bathrooom and shower. Was very happy with my stay here. Fantastic location right in the centre of the city.

Bathroom door didn't stay shut. It said open wifi network inside the room but it was password protected - I checked in very late so there was no reception after I realised this - was able to get the password the next day no problem.

The hotel was lovely, everything was perfect .... But

No where on the website pointed out that the car park was chargeable, we chose this hotel as it was private with no mention of any costs. The website needs to point this out to stop any further disappointment, as this was an unexpected cost.
