The hotel is nice, but it is not necessarily good value for money. I stayed in an ordinary room for 6 days (room 311) and it was not worth the 1,234 euro. I stayed again for 5 days and was upgraded (room 804), and THAT was nice. It is nice enough if they chopped their prices. They are trying g to match the Pinar PLAZA next to them, owned by the same company, but shouldn't try

They told me I could park outside the hotel, and my car got towed away by the police. 2 hours driving and 174 euro later, I got my car back. With the prices they charge, parking in their garage should be free

I liked the room I was staying in, it was spacious and very clean! Huge props to the room service and cleaning staff!!!

The breakfast was so unorganized and with very limited options for a 4 star hotel. They served strawberries and fruits in the hot food area. It was so all over the place. And the hot food didn't stay warm for more than 30 minutes. So if you are not at breakfast when the door is opened, you won't get anything warm. Also, the hotel price was ridiculously high!!! The location was pretty far away from the city center. The price of the hotels skyrocketed because of big events happening in Madrid.. and I did not like that, because I wasn't there for any of those events...

This is an interesting hotel. Overall the 3 night stay was fine. Staff at check in and check out were pleasant. The young lady at check in was very helpful with answering our questions during the stay. Restaurant staff were very efficient especially during breakfast hours. Breakfast was fine with good food options. Ample parking on the street right out front. The room was very clean. We reserved a Junior suite with a kitchenette but there was no kitchenette in this unit, only a small bar fridge. We did get an electric kettle and two cups from the front desk for a hot drink in the morning. The room was on the top floor and it had 2 balconies, one being a wrap around and one small one with a table and chairs. Beautiful view of the city from the balconies. There is a mercado not far away. Overall it was very comfortable.

As mentioned, no kitchenette in the room. Toiletries consisted of one bar of soap in the bathroom and hand soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. The toilet is in a separate small room with a light on a motion sensor. The oddest thing about this unit is that the shower stall and the bathroom are open on one side to the space between the bedroom and the sitting area. If privacy is important to a guest, this is not the place to stay. The furnishings and decor are a bit eclectic but the lack of privacy in the bathroom and shower is a bit over the top.

The reception staff and bar staff were all lovely. The hotel has been well maintained and you can tell a lot of people come and stay here . The breakfasts had choices for miles, and the chef would cook omelettes on demand. All in all the hotel and staff are lovely.

It would have been good to know that the pool was shut before we arrived. We brought swimming stuff with us and obviously couldn't use the covered pool. If we'd have known beforehand, we wouldn't have brought costumes with us. Also, nowhere does it say when the pool is open or closed and I booked this hotel because if it was warm, we would have wanted the pool. When we asked for the room to be made up, I had hoped the pillow cases would be changed, but I noticed that they hadn't been. This was a small thing, but I think I would have made this a 10 for me. Also, the air conditioning does work but would only go down to 22.5 degrees which sometimes meant the room was too hot.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed being near the IFEMA Exhibition Hall only 10 minutes drive away. The area the hotel is located is in a quiet tree lines residential area and is very safe and peaceful. The hotel is quite boutique with nice reception, bar and restaurant areas. The rooms are very spacious and have most things you need for your stay. The shower was amazing and powerful, just what you need to wake up in a morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had to wait 20 minutes for breakfast as the restaurant is very small and it was a very busy morning. There was no tea r coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing. It cost EUR 14 to park in the hotel so we decided to park on the street for free and there was a lot of spaces and the area was good so we had no issues doing this.

Good hotel with special room decorations. Breakfast is good with some verity of food. Parking your own car outside is manageable.

Lift is not excceble from the ground floor level which is a little uncomfortable, but you can use another side lift to carry the luggage. It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel due to limited public transport in the street where the hotel is located. Hotel looks like an ordinary residential building from outside with many other neighbouring surrounding it which are limiting the view.

The design is beautiful, good finishes, the staff is kind. The breakfast was very complete and the quality of the food was good, the bread was fresh.

The couples bedroom though it's beautiful has no privacy at all. The toilet is fully exposed in the room, which makes it difficult to use for obvious reasons. We had fun though, we lauged about it. Toiletries could improve their quality. More pillows (not decorative) could be appreciated and a quilt too.

Twin beds were incredible!! Super comfortable. Elegantly styled rooms, very tasteful. Bathroom was lovely, shower was amazing. I’ve stayed here a few times over the last 7 years and it’s even better now it’s been enlarged and newly renovated. Reception area much improved and meets with the 4* hotel welcome you’d expect. I will definitely be back when I’m back visiting family every year.

Had to ask twice at the reception for some new nespresso coffee pods for our room that they’d not replaced. Phone wasn’t working. But we didn’t need it anyway.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was clean, air conditioned rooms. swimming pool was nice.

Annoying opening times for the swimming pool, I like to swim in the morning but it didn't open until 12pm. Would be good if the TV were smart and I could use Netflix style apps.
