The hotel is a nice one for couple of days stay while visiting Madrid. The bed is perfect for a good rest, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The stuff is very helpful. The hotel is quiet. There is Lidl, a bar and a fast food restaurant just opposite the hotel. The bus 23 stops just in front of the hotel, and an uber to the city centre is no more than 10 euros, and to the airport is about 30 euros (depending on the terminal T1-T4).

1. There should be a toilet brush in the bathroom. 2. It would be nice to have an electric kettle in each room, not to have to exit the room for a late night tea. 3. We were two couples traveling and got the king bed rooms, but our friend's room was way smaller than ours. It was still comfortable but the rooms were very different in size.

Great range of options at the breakfast buffet. Room was well equipped with a safe. Check-in was nice and speedy and the staff gave good tips for buying transport tickets.

I was prepared and had earplugs with me, but the room wasn't very soundproof and a lot of noise came through from the neighbouring room - mostly the bathroom.

Unfortunately, we were given a room without any view. I don't know, are the rooms we book on Booking.com the worst rooms in the hotel or is this the receptionist's mischief at the reception? The annoying noise of the passengers in the next room came from the shared wall. The room had no facilities like an electric kettle, iron, etc. As far as I know, a 3-star hotel leaves at least 2 free bottles of water for newly arrived passengers. You will find the facilities of a 2-star hotel in this hotel.

Our stay at Praga hotel was great! The room was spacious, big wardrobe that fits plenty and clean overall, for 2 nights stay they changed towels and sheets after 1st night. We had a queen bed which we appreciated a lot and the heating system worked well( 1 degree at night). The room also had a well ecquiped mini bar but we bought our own water and stored it there for more reasonable pricing. Overall we have a very nice stay and would return. The big plus is the bus station (23) right in front taking you to city center and lidl accross the street.

On a 4 star hotel, providing guets with slippers would make a change, not all guests have that large of a baggage to bring their own. We asked at the reception and told it was not an option. An outlet next to the night stand would also be a plus but this did not bother us a lot.

The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned every day and bed is really comfortable. Pretty nice location, close to metro (10 min) or EMT bus in front of hotel. Supermarkets Mercadona and Lidl very close to hotel. Also, there is a park and river next to hotel - for walks and relaxation. Breakfast has different pastry or fruits daily.

Breakfast food is varied but kind of same food every day - only scrambled eggs every day, only potato omelette. Very poor in fresh vegetables - would be nice to have some fresh cucumbers or bell pepper or anything else. The tomatoes have no taste, unfortunately. Also, same salami or cheese daily. If you don't like them, there is nothing to choose from except pastries or fruits or cereals. It would be a nice improvement to change menus for breakfast.

Overall stay was excellent! Was able to check in early after a long night travelling. Staff member was so friendly & welcoming at check in! Room was very spacious, incredibly clean and beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure wasn’t great but worked perfectly. Had a room in an upper floor which meant road noise was at a minimum. Breakfast was above expectation, friendly staff, great variety although replenishment can be slow if you are in a rush. Location was ideal, easily accessible from the airport and to Caja Mágica. Lovely walk through the park towards the city centre. Taxis always available at the front door. Lots of lovely shops & cafes close by. Very authentic neighbourhood.

Access to the lifts could be managed better seeming there are staff in the area at busy times.

The staff were very friendly. Food in the breakfast room gave a large choice. Evening meal was excellent, and the waiters efficient and agreeable. Despite the large numbers of people in the hotel, including parties of young people, the rooms we had were very quiet at night. The lifts moved us up and down the eight floors very efficiently. There were always taxis outside the hotel, which meant that we were able to make an early trip to the airport on our last morning with no hassle at all. The price was very reasonable. There was a bar which we used quite often, and which was generous in providing free snacks to go with our drinks - e.g. crisps, peanuts, olives

The hotel was very good, the room was absolutely spotlessly clean, I felt I could have eaten off the floor it was so clean. The bed was super comfy I would say even more so than my bed at home. There is a 24 hr cafe across the road and a supermarket too and the hotel also has a bar you can get a coffee or drink at in the evening. The room was a good size and had a large wardrobe and safe as well. I stayed here while attending the tennis at the Caja Magica and the location was just a short ride in an Uber from the Stadium. I was really impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Everything was great, I have no complaints at all. I wish I had stayed longer.

Hotel Praga is one of the larger hotels we stayed in during our visit to Spain. It is a popular attraction for best tour groups. It is tucked away a little from most of the tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean with a private bathroom.

The hotel lobby was pretty busy most of the time we were there due to bus tour group stopping there. But the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, and handled the crowds pretty well.

Great location for Caja Magica tennis as well as getting into central Madrid. Nice bedroom, comfortable bed

The restaurant food is nothing short of appalling. Tried it 2 years ago when I stayed before and food was terrible, thought it would have improved - it hasn't. Really can't understand how a 4 star hotel has food as bad as this (breakfast is good - served in a different area)
