The hotel is simply magnificent. Everything is perfect. Cleanliness. Good breakfast. Excellent room. Stable internet. Great staff.

We had a baby stroller, and the hotel doesn’t have a designated place to leave it, in the lobby or anywhere else. We had to bring it into the room and carry it out onto the balcony, if there was one. This is quite tiring to do. Three times we forgot to move the stroller from the doorway for different reasons. Once the baby was crying, and while calming him down we forgot to move the stroller to the balcony, and other times for other reasons. But the third time, a female staff member approached us and asked us to remove it. After that, she said in a very rude tone that this was already the third warning we had received. She said it in a tone as if I were a misbehaving child. Please tell this young lady to use that tone of voice with her mother, not with the hotel guests. Thank you!

We asked for the most quiet room and they considered our request and gave us room nom 501, which was great for that purpose. Level of cleanliness seems good. There is a window in the room and in the bathroom which can be opened in 2 ways which is great for ventilation and getting fresh air. The a/c was good and very quiet. The Water pressure and warm water in the shower was great, Also gave us tooth brush and paste ,comb, razor and body cream. Place for warming towels. The hotel is near metro, so it didn't bother us it's not really close to the center. Big screen tv that can be connected to netflix and other apps+ spanish tv channels. Mini Refrigerator The bed was big and there was an extra pillow in the closet. Overall we had a great experience and felt comfortable -Worth the price. The staff was really nice and helpful and we want to thank them too! :) We think of coming back again :)

A really loud cleaning staff, woke us up in the morning and they didn't stop making noise and talking loudly. Also other guests were slamming the doors which made noise, and talking loudly in the hall. But other than that, it was very quiet during the rest of the day and night. The bathroom door is not exactly like a usual door, There is space between it and the wall, u cannot close it like a normal door - so you can hear everything (maybe also smell). Also, If the window in the bathroom is opened and there is wind, the door moves and can get to be a bit open. -NO privacy . The door of the Shower didn't close well so some water leaked outside sometime. There was No kettle - so we couldn't make tea/coffee.

We stayed here twice and had a great time on both occasions. The rooms are big, the bed is super relaxing, and the whole place is very quiet — perfect for a restful stay. The staff is absolutely amazing: kind, helpful, and always professional. Another big plus is the location — just a short walk from the metro station, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!

The bathroom door is just a glass panel. While it’s not transparent, shadows are clearly visible and the door doesn’t close properly, which results in very little privacy. Also, the shower hose was too rigid, which made showering a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully modern, with very friendly and helpful staff. Its location is excellent, just 300 meters from the metro station and only a 30-minute drive from the city center. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

There were minor issues during check-in due to the Booking.com system not accurately providing reservations with breakfast details for all guests. However, the hotel's friendly staff assured us they would resolve this directly with Booking.com. Their professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated!

I particularly appreciated the cleanliness. We had our bed made, garbage thrown out daily and the towels that we put on the bathroom floor changed. We were able to check in earlier, which helped us a lot, as we landed in the morning and were very tired. The staff proved very helpful and always with a smile on. The breakfast was diverse and affordable (7 eur per person). They offered several types of milk, Spanish tortilla, omelette, jamon, pastry, and coffee. The hotel is located close to the metro station and several bus stations, so it is quite easy to get to the center (in about 20-30 minutes).

Our room was quite small, so we would take our shoes off right before entering the room 😄. But I guess not all rooms are like this.

The hotel is near the metro stop Prosperidad which is only about 40 minutes from the airport and less than half an hour from the city centre. If you are up for a walk, you can also go to the city centre on foot in about 1 hour. Being a bit off the centre means that the hotel is in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of reasonably-priced bars, tapas places, and restaurants that are not touristy traps! Also, the hotel itself is new and the room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a great bathroom and comfortable mattress. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of both savoury and sweet options including jamon, chorizo, cheese, bread with tomato, tortilla, muffins, and croissant! Also, the staff were friendly. I recommend this place and will go again next time I go to Madrid

It would be nice to have at least one bottle of water in the room included in the price.

I didn’t expect the hotel to be this good – it was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. It’s also located close to the metro, which made getting around the city really easy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the room itself was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean hotel, comfortable room, big bathroom; great price; fantastic connection to city centre (bus nr 9), great connection to airport (metro nr 4 and 8: 40 minutes ride), shop very close, cafe and bakery very close - PERFECT LOCATION

very freezing cantine - we had to bring warm clothes to eat comfortably breakfast; no tomatos, no olives, no cucumbers for breakfast - very strange as it was summer in Madrid

The first impression is always the reception / check-in. The staff were excellent, friendly, professional, helpful, accommodating. Excellent personnel. The design of the hotel is quite nice, It is a restored apartment building. It is modern, clean, clean lines, and there are many small details that the owners have thought of to make one feel welcome and have a nice stay. There were environmentally friendly amenities in the bathroom, coloring books for young children at breakfast, and more. Breakfast is extra. The breakfasts were quite good and again the wait staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a regular neighborhood of Madrid. It was quite quiet. It is quite and feels safe. There are local restaurants nearby and a nice coffee shop across the street. The hotel is 3 short blocks from the Madrid metro, or you can take a bus in to the city center. We highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing else one could want for.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They gave us a map and information for visiting the city. The room was large, it was very clean, and so was the bathroom. The location is very close to the metro stop. We could park the car in the underground parking (for a fee). The buffet breakfast was good. It is a small hotel, but very modern, very clean, with very good services.

The parking is at 200m from the hotel, and you need first to go to the reception. So, when we arrived he had to park for a few minutes next to the hotel, but we found a place, it was fine.
