Great location with all bars, restaurants, shopping and public transport in walking distance. Clean and tidy.

Parking must be payed separately 15 euro/day. Taking in consideration price/night it's a bit frustrating. Also entrance into underground parking is tight and has a sharp turn at the end. With big SUV might be quite challenging to get in and out and very easy to bump a car. AC in the room loud and looks like filter requires cleaning. I had to switch it off to be able to sleep. Otherwise I kept coughing and literally could feel dust in my throat.

Hotel located in a nice area - Santa Catalina, not very quiet (traffic in the main street is quite noisy), close to the historic centre and tourist attractions. Good bus connections to Cala Major and the other beaches of Playa de Illetes. Clean rooms and very friendly reception. The restaurants located in the surroundings - Fabrica Street are relaxing after a hard day. :)

Breakfast was really good but not very varied from day to day. After 5 mornings you want something different... A few a la carte breakfast options, such as eggs benedict, were the saving grace...

We loved the location and the classic feel to the decor throughout the hotel. For a city room it was spacious clean and comfortable with a larger bathroom compared to most places we’ve stayed in. The location was great with only a 5ish minute walk to the edge of old town. The staff are very friendly and would do anything for you and made some great recommendations for cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again as the price for the hotel was great compared to others in the area.

For us we couldn’t fault anything. We was confused at some people said there was a smell in the corridors, we didn’t experience this in our 3 night stay.

This is an initimate hotel with not too many rooms and guests which is nice. It was a mix of tourists and local Spaniards that stay which is a good sign. The room was very spacious with a nice view of the city. The bathroom was huge too. The location was convenient about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center where you get to walk along the strip of stores and coffee/pastry shops.

The only thing I would say is the spa access while it is good to have when you just want to relax but it is just for an hour and only a jacuzzi and sauna. That was fine for me at least. It also requires a reservation in advance so it can be inconvenient if you just spontaneously want to go when you have free time for those who didn’t schedule an itinerary.

Nice hotel, very good located, not massive, with very pleasant and attentive staff. Rooms are big and we like breakfast selection (quality selection of food) espresso even from self-service machine never better! Thank you

Sound isolation. Even we had room in a quiet part of the hotel (not above main street), we heard all neighbors rooms. Excepr that the room door is not insulated, I couldn't believe that I could hear showering in the neighboring rooms, just every turn on and shut-off of water…

We had a great stay at Bordoy! The hotel is very well located for visiting the old center of Palma and Santa Catalina neighborhood. The room was nice, big enough for us, the bed was super comfortable and big, nice big bathroom. Staff is super nice. Breakfast selection was good and one could order omelets or other warm dishes which was also nice, as they were fresh and tasty. The street in front can be noisy for someone like me who hears everything, but it really did not matter too much. Close to the bus station of the airport bus, which is convenient. Has its own parking, also important. The hotel manager sent a bottle of champagne to our room for my birthday, which was super kind, I appreciate it very much, it contributed to a lovely day! Overall, I warmly recommend it.

Excellent location 10 minutes away from Old Town, close to good restaurants. Nice rooms, very clean. Fine breakfast available until 11 o'clock.

Upon arrival the ladies at Reception kept on discussing instead of communicating with us. It was unpleasant. The room was not ready although the arrival had been prior announced and it was after the check -in hour. Afterwards everything turned out fine and we had a pleasant stay.

Staff were excellent, arrived late and greeted very well, with a proactive approach to our queries, its the small stuff that makes the difference when you are late and tired, like reception watching the car park entrance and moving the gates before you have to get out and work it out yourself when you arrive at them. Also, my daughter left her jewelry box behind they found it, kept it and intercepted us at the end of the day (we had already checked out in the morning) as we picked the car up to give it to us - not many hotels would recover it let alone go to the trouble to getting it back to us - amazing testament to the culture and staff at the hotel - you will be well looked after.

Nothing, it was 1 night stay and they looked after us very well. its not 5 star, but then nor is the price

Really nice, helpful staff...front desk, cleaning lady, breakfast staff, all excellent. Good location near Santa Caterina. Big comfy bed, TV, lights. etc., worked fine. (they don't always!). Nice breakfast.

Bathroom functional but a bit tired. Almost impossible to read contents of the toiletries bottles...you don't have your glasses on in the shower. A/ C not great for cooling room, and noisy location on busy street, so couldn't keep window open at night.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room, exchange of towels and linen on on a frequent basis. Tea, Coffee and Water on offer in the room everyday. Watercettle and refrigerator in the room. Very warm and elegant atmosphere in the room. Many useful sockets and lamps in the room. The location was very good, only a couple of minutes to the first/last bus stop for the express bus to the airport and 10-15 minutes walk to the old town.

There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like, we can highly recommend the Bordoy Continental Palma. The only minor issue is the connecting to the WiFi, which we found a bit laborious with entering room numbers, e-mail adress and name (if we recall right), which we had to do twice during our stay.
