location was great, right next to 2 sandy beaches. food was good. pool was nice. kids animation was fantastic during the day, was nice to have a couple of hours with the children being entertained. (especially with anna) Also activities for the adults too during the day, we took part in some and some we didn't, but something for everyone to get involved with during the week. all the staff were fantastic.

would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make coffee first thing, but not really missed as available all day from pool bar. apart from missing my kettle, everything else was amazing

Small but nice room. Great view to the sea. You can hear the waves the whole say. Great location. Next to the beach. I had breakfast, it was delicious, big dining room, lot of food, could be more variable and more organized. You don’t know what is for example gluten-free.

Unfortunately my room was dirty. There were lot of ants on the floor and in the bed as well. There were some nails left by the previous guest, I asked for cleaning but the nails stayed there, so cleaning is not the best. I couldn’t use one of the pools, it was closed however it was full of water, looked clean. It’s a pity. If it works, it’s great for swimming. But there are other two pools as well.

Lovely modern room with excellent view from the balcony. Lots of choice for breakfast and lovely quiet town. There are easy bus routes to palma from right outside the hotel!

The pools were very well maintained and plenty of lounge chairs. The common area was modern and comfortable. The location of the hotel is really really good with great beach access (beachfront) and convenient to the main strip in Peguera for restaurants and shopping.

The hotel needs to install low-e tinting on the hallway side of the building to reduce the oppressive heat in the hallways. It feels like it is 110 degrees F in the hallways which makes leaving your room after a shower very unpleasant. Also, the elevators need AC as well. When it is hotter inside than it is outside, that's a problem for guests. Beds are a bit hard, but you don't spend too much time in the rooms anyway.

Hotel is very clean nice and modern. It’s in a perfect location right on the beach and walking distance to nice bars, restaurants, shops. A nice local vibe without being overly busy. Food in the hotel was really good, a gear selection at every meal time with lots of flavour (not your bog standard all inc bland food) Good selection of drinks. Beer was estrella so a good brand. Some cocktails included on the all inc. but hotel also offers a gold all inc which means you get premium cocktails and branded spirits etc for just €10 a day, which is well worth it. We had a see view room and again was worth the extra, the view and the sunsets where amazing Also, told the hotel prior to our arrival it was our anniversary and they decorated the bed with rose petals and balloons and left us a bottle of bubbles on ice.

The beds were really uncomfortable, pillows hard and just were not in keeping with the modern room. New beds would complete the nice modern vibe the hotel is going for

All inclusive food was excellent. Location is great. Pools are big enough and warm. Nice view from the room. Staff were friendly.

Air conditioner was terrible in our room. Very noisy and didn’t cooling well. Pillows are hard. Program in the evenings was in a dark disco room instead of outside. Lift was a bit annoying. Water machine should be working all day long. After buffet closes at 18:00 there is no possibility.

This was my 2nd time there, they have renovated few rooms, but good rooms with balcony, air con was strong enough. It was clean and tidy, staff were polite and friendly and good food options, step out and you have access to beach. Oh they upgraded elevators as well, i guess.

on first night since we didnt knew when the dinner ends, luckily we took some food but wanted to have some more and staff without asking took away all the food from buffet. Bit improvement around hospitality apart from that all great. Also desert gets over fast and no replacements come in We were only Indians there so got a bit of stares :D

Delicious food. Very clean rooms. Close distanse to the sea. Discipline at the swimming pool area, where lifeguard was removing towels placed by guests early morning to reserve the bed. He also prevent people drinking inside and at the edge of the pool. Free safe box. Variety of 'all inclusive' drinks.

Poor entertainment for adults during evening. People smoked cigaretes around the pool and restaurant. Loud adults and childreen at the corridor early morning (7:00am - 8:00am).

Great location of the hotel. Food was very various and tasty. Hotel staff incredibly nice, very clean and nice rooms. I’m very happy about my choice, been very positively surprised !

Little noisy animations for adults and kids around the pool during the day, but not too bad around the „adults” pool. Guests seemed to like it, I just needed little more silence. :)

Place, breakfast, nice mountain

I booked the hotel 2 days before arrival and paid a lot with breakfast, when I arrived I thought we would like dinner as well, when I started looking for the price it turned out that the same hotel with everything included was even cheaper than what we paid. I asked them to add dinner for the same price, but the hotel staff didn't even start talking. hotel communication by e-mail the post office is also bad. I felt cheated
