Everything was at the highest standards. Starting from an excelent breakfast, in both quality and variation, going to the rooms, very spacious, very clean, every day it was cleaned spotless, quality entertainment program every evening, amazing location, right next to the beach(you could use the hotel sun-beds and swim in the sea) and very close to lots and lots of great restaurants. The staff were very friendly, very professional and always helpful. We did not try the spa facilities, so we don’t have any feedback in that regard.

A small reason for which this hotel is not a perfect ten, but only a 9.8, from our perspective, is the sun-bed reservation system, which could be improved.

I loved the cold water available in every floor and the glass bottle to fill it up in the room, especially when the temperature is 35 + degrees outside. I do appreciate the green thinking of the hotel and encouragement to change the bedding or the towels only when it is necessary. The room itself was very clean, I loved the bathroom and the shower especially it had a very good water pressure and the walk-in shower was made very smart, none of the water went to the actual floor. The cosmetic amenities in the bathroom were also very good, the losion provided was not cakey and the skin absorbed it very quickly. The staff in the hotel - reception, cleaning ladies, bar staff, restaurant staff was very helpful and kudos to them!

This is a personal preference and it is not a hotel problem, but the bed mattress was too hard and now, after the holiday, my lover back is hurting a lot. If there is a possibility to have a different mattress or a small additional mattress on top it would be good to have it as an option in a booking site or when we are checking-in. Another small issue - at night the conditioner made a small white noise, however if you are not a very light sleeper or do not sleep with the conditioner on that would not be a problem for you.

The location was great and the staffs at the hotel are very approachable with any concerns you might have. The breakfast and dinner options were broad and flavorful. My kids enjoyed it every day and night

Just as a minor opinion. I wish they provided better pool towels switching options rather than once a week.

The views, the views, the views! The pool area is perfect. The sunbed hire system is brilliant and takes away another level of stress. Lots of beds around pool and then more on various terraces overlooking the bay. The staff are all polite and friendly. The hotel and room was clean, comfortable and lovely. Air con great. The pine trees and views from pool and restaurant are a massive plus for serenity and calm. The food is lovely. The beach is right there, it is lovely too, water gently shelving, no jelly fish or anything off putting. There's some entertainment but not overbearing or every night. Everything felt calm and sophisticated. The clientele were mostly German, Austrian, maybe Swiss, French... quite conservative in a good way. No screaming kids all week, my teenage daughter and I had a relaxing peaceful restful stay. There were families with teens, young children, couples, older guests, young guests. Really seemed suitable for all. Definitely will return.

The bar, and food service, which was next to the pool was pricey. This seemed a shame at first but again, made for a sophisticated quiet vibe, so not too busy, loud or boozy. Nice for a treat when you choose, lovely cocktails, easy to nip to shops for snacks and drinks of your own if budgeting. Shopping touristy street pretty standard and tacky, but suits some after that kind of thing. Easy to have whole holiday in hotel and on beach without this having to play a part if you want to avoid like I do. Beds are sturdy, not cheap and uncomfy, but would be too hard for some, however you can ask for mattress topper no prob + extra pillows, duvets in wardrobe.

The breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful the hotel was very clean and facilities where excellent.

The evening food was poor, the choices very Samey, most of the food was cold even the hot food, very tasteless and disappointing. Also for being in a spainish hotel being spoken to in German all the time seamed very strange.

Filtered water machines available on each floor, and carafe in room to fill up. Great access to beaches and restaurants at the back of the hotel. Spa access. Good shower and bathroom Wide range of breakfast options, including cooked and healthy options. Located close to all restaurants and shops as well as bus access to palma and airport.

Steam room was out of order Lack of changing room spaces, if unable to get a later check out.

Clean, friendly, super nice staff, perfect location and as a cyclist, I was allowed to take my rental bike up to my room. Also the food was very good! All in all I was very impressed and the Universal Lido Park exceeded my expectations!

The hotel's location is superb, with a partial sea view from the room, which greatly contributed to a good night's sleep and relaxation. The food is excellent. A huge thank you to the entire team! We are very pleased and will recommend it to friends and relatives. We look forward to coming back to this hotel again!"

It's a wonderful place to relax, to spend time with family and kids, to enjoy beautiful Mallorca beaches, bays and nature. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food - I'd say 8.5 out of 10, all products are very fresh, there's always plenty of food even in the end of breakfast/dinner, but it was hard to find something special. But all good! Location is superb, with a big pool and two beaches just next to the hotel and some more a bit further (all in walking distance). Pine tree terraces are the highlight! Restaurants and small shops are nearby. We absolutely enjoyed the tranquility, privacy and relaxed high-quality atmosphere of the hotel and would love to come back again.

Beds and pillows :/ Two single beds (expected, according to the room description) positioned next to each other, but pretty uncomfortable. I can't call it a small thing but it was the only disappointing moment.
