The hotel is very nice and super good value for money, it was my 2nd time staying there and I liked it a lot. The kitchen means you can cook your own food, which is super nice if you're travelling on a budget. The city of Puerto is great and a nice location to visit the rest of the island - excellent transports connection, you don't have to rent a car to get to almost all places of interest. For me I wanted to go on remote parts of the island and visit friends living up the mountain so I did rent a car for half of the trip, and used transports the remaining half. I had no issues finding parking at any hour ; but I also don't mind walking a bit. Check around the beautiful Taoro park there's often spaces around here ;) The pool is a great bonus, to wake up in the morning or cool off after a day of hiking and doing sports stuff.

The kitchen lacks a little basic cookware and they don't provide you with soap, towels or sponges ; no salt pepper or oil either - you have to buy it for 6 euros at the reception. My room was at 5th floor by the pool, and this isn't the hotels fault but some people woke me up a few times at 8am by going for a swim and screaming their guts off, despite the hotel rules stating that the pool opens at 10am. The hotel is up a hill, for me it was not an issue as im young and fit but some people with mobility difficulties may find it hard to reach by foot from the city center. Appart from that I had a pleasant stay and will probably be back when I come again to Tenerife :)

Breakfast was good plenty of choice but on my last morning they said I had to go to another hotel about 5km away the kitchen was broken a lame excuse they couldn't be bothered opening up the kitchen for me wasn't offered a refund or a cold breakfast I would have given them more if it wasn't for that The swimming pool was on the roof and was heated that was a pleasant surprise very nice

Very steep hill going to town no problem on the way back you better be fit. The hospital is nearby in case you collapse. A taxi is about €5 factor that into your cost

Clean room with comfortable beds and useful items such a fridge and microwave. Unfortunately no kettle . Lovely balcony with views of sea and mountains. Swimming pool on roof . Housekeeping staff were very good and we had clean towels after two days.

Breakfasts were unfortunately cold and some foods looked like they had been put out several days running. There was a good choice of fruit, cereals, etc. We were told on the website there would be food available in the evenings but this was not so. Also there were no parking places. I counted three cockroaches whilst I was staying there in the communal areas not in our room. The shower was hot but not very easy to control and the whole room ended up wet and rather slippery.

The view from the terrace was phenomenal, the room was large and spacious. Everything was clean, sheets and towels were changed every day. The kitchen area is equipped with all necessities. The people at the reception are very friendly and ready to help you with any concerns or questions.

The hotel is on a hill, so you'll have to climb, but at the end of the day you'll be in good shape throughout your vacation. And keep in mind that the terrace door locks when you close it all the way, so you can't enter the room from the terrace.

It was comfortable and quiet, the room was big and had a big balcony with a view to the sea and the mountains. It had a small kitchen that was usable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Any issues were solved immediately and we really appreciated that.

There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling, yikes. The kitchen had no countertop and almost no equipment. The bathroom had no shower curtain or shower cabin so the floor was constantly wet. The building is quite outdated and could use some repairs.

Hôtel un peu haut perché

The breakfast had a range of options from fruits and cereals to hot breakfast. The facilities were basic but lovely and it was great value for money. The roof-top pool area was lovely and quiet. It had a pool bar which opens at 2pm and a great view. The staff were all lovely too. There was also musical entertainment on the Friday and Saturday nights.

The pool opening at 2pm was a bit annoying if you wanted to get a drink before then, but it really wasn't that much of a hindrance. There was a coffee machine downstairs and in the room so you could easily sustain yourself until then.

The property was old, but I oddly liked it. The breakfast was very simple, but good value for money and the guy who runs the restaurant took a great care of us. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing, with great views of the city, the ocean, and the Mt Teide peak. There even were free binoculars to enjoy the views even more.

There is a catastrophic parking lot. Just absolutely awful. Costs 5€ per day and is accessed via another hotel’s parking lot. The other hotel, however, doesn’t bother to even make it accessible, so you end up making very sharp turns between parked cars and then up the hill to access this small terrible parking with a capacity of 5-6 cars. If you wanted to park on the surrounding streets - they are always full. Another negative - the walls are very thin. You can hear everything from everywhere. Luckily the hotel has quiet hours policy and are willing to intervene when you report the nuisance.

The roof top pool is gorgeous The room, bathroom and balcony are spacious, clean and well proportioned. The views from the balcony are exceptional. The staff are out of this world, so helpful and friendly, you won't meet better staff, can not praise them high enough

Cockroaches! Lots of them! The shower isn't designed well, the bathroom floods. The floor around the pool is VERY slippy. The hill from the hotel is STEEP! Either be fit, or get a taxi!

Property is not in the best condition and with some investments the hotel can be a pearl, the most unpleasant part is the fact that they don't have parking and don't provide one (booking advertise parking for this location) first day i had found parking location close to hotel, second day was hard to find one)
