Clean, a fan was provided. Tight but adequate for price
The loudest cat colony vocalizing and mating and fighting all night right outside my window. No bedside lighting and only horrible overhead lights could be used. Kitchen was great with basics for cooking but some people don’t know how to clean up after themselves. Breakfast literally had nothing for me to eat except fruit and coffee - nothing gluten free but they have soy milk for dairy allergies. It would be nice to offer GF free and plant based yogurt along with soy.

Thus is a no-frills hostel - but it provides more than you expect. I had a small single room - very clean and comfortable. Just the basics: no tv, no air-con, but a fan was provided. Exactly what I needed with a small but fully adequate en-suite bathroom. Luggage storage available . Fantastic (pay as you go) washing facilities and a huge superbly equipped kitchen suitable for over 100 at a time. Breakfast was included and was substantial. On the edge of old-town (5 min walk to Cathedral) and very close to airport bus stop and some local bars/restaurants. Fully set up for the budget traveller. Hard to beat in Santiago.
Nothing - all was super clean and just what I needed.

I didn’t just like the place… I loved it! I’m very grateful for the opportunity to stay at this hostel — it was warm, friendly, and impeccably clean. My sister and I travelled here for the long weekend to explore the area, and we really enjoyed our stay: ☕️ Thank you for the amazing breakfast ❤️ Warm hospitality 💦 Spotless facilities 📍 Perfect location ☁️ Comfortable bed and pillow
Some people were inconsiderate of others — they talked loudly and turned on the light after we had already fallen asleep at night. There's nothing wrong with the place itself, but staying in a hostel can sometimes be unpleasant due to other guests' behaviour.

A pleasant and comfortable room, although not very large. It had two fairly comfortable beds but no desk. Breakfast was good and satisfying. The hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions with a smile. The shared areas in the hotel are attractive, well-maintained, and clean, and the Wi-Fi in the rooms worked well. The location is excellent – within reasonable walking distance from the cathedral. Additionally, the hotel offers several washing machines and dryers for guests to use, at very reasonable prices.
A small room, but sufficient for the end of the Camino and for resting after the long journey. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but for a city like Santiago, where hotel prices are relatively high, this hotel definitely meets the basic needs and offers decent value for the price.

The accommodation is in a very good location. It was clean, with a spacious entrace hall suitable even for work, The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.
As for the accommodation itself, everything was fine. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by another guest in the shared room who SNORED LOUDLY all night. I really do not understand why someone who knows they snore heavily WOULD NOT CHOICE a private room instead. Of course, this is not the accommodation fault, but it did make the night very uncomfortable. Overall, the place was very nice.

I appreciate the receptionists who were helpful and everything was very organized. Each room tells you how many guests accommodated. The bed is comfy and sheets very clean. Each room has its toilet and shower room. They also have an unbelievablely huge kitchen aera and a great place for breakfast on the top floor with great views ❤️
1. I confirmed my reservation, one through booking.com and one via WhatsApp directly with Loop Inn. Unfortunately they could not out me in the dame bed, and I had to pack and check out and check in again the 2nd day which was a hassle and very inconvenient. 2. The bunk beds also don't have privacy curtains which seem weird. In other words, it would work great if the 6-person room is reserved for families and friends. 3. The other thing is it's location which is a good 950 meters to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. 4.The washing machine and dryer each costs 5 euros and there was no place to hang dry your clothes. 5. BTW, the blanket was a bit thin and chilly for the cold weather of 13 degrees Celsius.

The breakfast was excellent a good selection of items available. I am a Coeliac and require gluten free food. I was provided with a bread roll and muffins. I was even provided with a separate gluten free toaster, which was uncovered especially for me. An exceptional offer, certainly no cross contamination at your property. The kitchen facilities, even though not used, we amazing as was the huge table in the kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite wet room and shower were amazing. I love a powerful shower. It was great to be able to open windows and have fresh air in the bedroom.
Nothing, it was excellent, shame I could not stay longer. I only stayed for one night as I had just finished my Camino Ingles.

I liked the rooms, breakfast, cleanliness etc
I didn't like that they checked in a very intoxicated, aggressive mann into a room with 4 women. They moved all of us 4 women to a different room and allowed this man to stay in the room and even allowed him a second night. When I reported his behavior, the 2 women at the desk knew exactly who I was talking about. I felt very unsafe.. plus having see this man after the incident throughout my stay!

Amazing location in the center of Santiago. Room was basic but everything you need. They have enormous parking (6 EUR per day). Staff is nice and the generous buffet breakfast is included. Walking distance to the center. You can use communal kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge.
Not really a problem but: You can't open the window fully in the room, it's restricted. No hairdryer. The process for gaining access to the car park is not very logical. You need to block the entrance with your car and go to the reception to get the access card.

It felt like the best of both worlds: hotel and hostel. Definitely cook and use the kitchen if you have a chance. Stunning! The rooms were nice since you only had to share with 3 other people. Since there were so many beds and so many options in Santiago, I only shared with one other person for one night. On the second night, I had a whole room and bathroom to myself! Free breakfast as well. Amazing!
Kitchen supplies should be washed before you use them since guests don’t clean very well, but that’s not really on them.
