Best points: - location - it could not be better, and despite the noise outside, inside you don't hear the street noise - very clean - very helpful staff (even though I did not see them, only by whatsapp / phone) - breakfast not available but many options just seconds away - option to leave the luggages without additional cost

- I booked a 'hostal' because I was travelling solo and there is always opportunities to interact with other travellers in hostals. This is not the case here. You do not interact with any human, everything is automated. It's just a building, like Airbnb, and you have codes for the front door and your room - the 'patio interior' can be very noise (elevator machines, air-con machines)

Location was excellent. There was a lift in the property which helped as one of us walks with a stick. The room looks onto the back of the cathedral so it's noisy with the window open but great double glazing and air conditioning made the nights very comfortable. Room serviced every day. Hair dryer and lots of clean towels.

The shower door was broken and the handset couldn't be fixed to the wall. We spent time finding the hotel but that might have been us!

The location is perfect, less than 2 minute walking from the entrance of the cathedral, less than 4 minutes from the entrance to the real alcazar.  Many restaurants and cafes around.  It is adequately soundproofed so not much of the noise gets into the room (I was on 2nd floor).  Cleaning people did a really good job.  Absolutely great that one can checkout at 12, giving you few hours to have a last stroll in Seville without dragging the luggage around. The keyless system seems a bit tricky the first time you use it but it's much more convenient than using a regular key.

Brilliant location right opposite the cathedral. Automated entry system was easy to use and much better than having to carry around door cards or keys. Spotlessly clean throughout.

There are no catering facilities whatsoever. It is basic room only accommodation.

Location perfect!

We had a problems with payment for hotel before arrival. The 3 different credit/ debit cards didn't work. Hotel didn't except any other payment (PayPal or payment at hotel). We was devastated, stressed out that reservation would be cancelled.

Rooms a bit small but then not in the room that much. No Tea coffee kettle but a lot of hotels are like that now.

The location was perfect and we got to check in esrly ..room wasnt ready but the two cleaning ladies were so lovely and made the effort to get it ready Amazing location oppposite the cathedral which can be viewd from the lovely little rooftop terrace and beds were so comfy also

Shower was cold Didnt have time to call to complain as it was a flying visit so just got washed at the sink

Excellent place in an excellent location. 10 minutes from anything in Seville and I loved opening my window to see the cathedral. Sitting at the roof top was also nice. 100% would recommend!!

There’s no reception and contacting the staff is really hard. The code they give you works from 3pm onwards so you can’t leave your luggage. When we finally got through to someone from the intercom they were really rude.

THE location Amazing spot, specifically for Semana Santa we had a privileged view of from our room. Monica was of an amazing service regarding the luggage storages and early check-in,even though we only stayed 1 night it was quite spectacular.

Central location was excellent - next to cathedral. Room was small but comfortable bed and air con provided. Roof top area with seating was very good.
