We were received with warm welcome and also chai . Room and bathroom were clean . Also we were given a chance to choose our room , which was comforting . If you want air conditioning service ( as it is not included in the price shown) you will have to pay 2,000 LKR /day for the same . Location is good . Just a 20 min walk to Sacred tooth temple and ,lake and city center . Although a bit far from railway station , for which you need to take TUK TUK (200LKR) or can call property as they are very helpful . Had dinner and breakfast at Balaji restaurant which is the best one . A bit pricey though

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Eagles Residence. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and clean just like in pictures. The location is perfect, just walking distance to the Kandy city and the temple of tooth which we enjoyed the most. We would highly recommend this place! Great value for money.

The location was pretty nice and calm. Rooms were perfect for the price and bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was amazing and really helpful. There was a pool table and a guitar there and really enjoyed playing them at night. We got a nice breakfast in the morning as well.Highly recommend.

Place was really nice and the calmness was there to relax and enjoy. There was a pool table and was really enjoyed palying it in the evening. Staff was really helpful (Specially Achira, the Manager) and provided all we needed. Room and Bathroom were perfect.

the staff were extremely tentative. brought us complimentary coffee and tea on arrival, arranged our laundry to be cleaned and ordered us taxis. the room was very comfortable.

The air conditioning crackled when it worked, the ventilation in the bathroom of our room overlooked the stairs, so we could hear all the people passing through it.

Amazing staff, friendly and ready to help you in any troubles! The hotel is located close to the town, on the hill. The room is well equipped and has a balcony.

Wifi seems to be weak. The walls are thin so you can hear people being on the corridor.
