The amenities matched the photos and the description. Room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was fine. We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very hospitable especially Kanishka and Haman. The property is located in a peaceful area with a good view of the mountains. Good location for a stay if you want to spend some relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the town. But it is also not so far from the city center and some tourist attractions in the area.

Nice hotel, on the top of the mountain, the staff ia nice and helpful, we ordered train tickets to the hotel for our our stay which they received and was waiting for us at arrival :)

Unfortunately our stay was not as enjoyable as we hoped for. In the room the biggest issue was the air conditioning unit seems like got loose and makes all kinds of noise during the night. The water preassure was very poor. Our biggest dissapointment was on our last night when we got back to the hotel at 7.50 pm, wanting to have dinner, and the staff told us that dinner was over. Taken that we were never told about mealtimes and everywhere we stayed the dinner did not even start before 7.30 pm this was very strange. So we ended up ordering takeaway online, which was fine, however i would highly suggest advising guests about opening hours and mealtimes in the future, as staying hungry in the top of the mountain is quite uncomfortable..

Management and receptionist are professionals but still there are opportunity to grow in client service direction. Especially in a part to LISTEN YOUR CUSTOMER and try to understand customers pains and needs. Especially once non-standard situation or some mistakes had occurred. I apologize if i was too pushy, i just wantedto sort out as fast as possible easy task which were long lasting for 2 days. And of course your hotel deserves highest point, cuz teamwork and amenities on a really high level.

The cleanliness and size of the room was superior

Our yakuzzi was leaking water, so unusable, but we wouldn't expect anything like yakuzzi for this price in the first place.

I was happy with the English breakfast the hotel provided during my stay. It had all the classic elements. The comfort of the room was exceptional, and the room was clean too. It's clear that the hotel takes great care in ensuring a pleasant experience for its guests. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I found very little to fault during my experience. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the decor.

The room size for 3 was perfect! Bathroom was exceptionally clean, we had an amazing balcony view. I thought it was really cool that putting the key card in the card holder will help turn the power on/save energy. They also accommodated for our driver which was a bonus. We celebrated a birthday here and Suraj provided exceptional hospitality services during breakfast.

I wish there was a little stand or holder in the shower so I can put my body care products but that’s not a big deal.

Liked everything about the place ❤️ The staff was very welcoming, pleasant, and most importantly very helpful. The food portions were so well worth the price and tasty. Loved the atmosphere, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Well-managed and no complaints!

Dinner was a little a little disappointing.

It was a well maintained property, The room was really specious, clean and cozy with a really comfy bed, We were given a room change to a room with a better view as requested. room had all necessary amanitas available and the room had a fan and an A/C. The hotel is located right near the city center, it was just a 2 minute walk to the Kandy view point. There were some nice restaurants close to the hotel as well.

The breakfast was not to my liking it was a bit bland and had no flavor, apart from the breakfast there was nothing to complain about the stay.

Great stay. V comfortable, great staff, good food, view, 5 min tuc tuc to Kandy centre, walked city. Recommend The Pub for good lunch and evening meal,. Visited Temple of the Tooth (entry to inner sanctum only at a few times per day), and St Paul's for Christmas carols. Queens Hotel was a great spot. Watch the bird poo at night from the trees near the lake. Recommend a visit to the old market. Rained but didn't matter. Trained to Ella. Try to arrange tickets we'll ahead of trip to get local price (few $). Even at $20, a great experience.
