The cleanliness and size of the room was superior

Our yakuzzi was leaking water, so unusable, but we wouldn't expect anything like yakuzzi for this price in the first place.

The room size for 3 was perfect! Bathroom was exceptionally clean, we had an amazing balcony view. I thought it was really cool that putting the key card in the card holder will help turn the power on/save energy. They also accommodated for our driver which was a bonus. We celebrated a birthday here and Suraj provided exceptional hospitality services during breakfast.

I wish there was a little stand or holder in the shower so I can put my body care products but that’s not a big deal.

It was a well maintained property, The room was really specious, clean and cozy with a really comfy bed, We were given a room change to a room with a better view as requested. room had all necessary amanitas available and the room had a fan and an A/C. The hotel is located right near the city center, it was just a 2 minute walk to the Kandy view point. There were some nice restaurants close to the hotel as well.

The breakfast was not to my liking it was a bit bland and had no flavor, apart from the breakfast there was nothing to complain about the stay.

Great stay. V comfortable, great staff, good food, view, 5 min tuc tuc to Kandy centre, walked city. Recommend The Pub for good lunch and evening meal,. Visited Temple of the Tooth (entry to inner sanctum only at a few times per day), and St Paul's for Christmas carols. Queens Hotel was a great spot. Watch the bird poo at night from the trees near the lake. Recommend a visit to the old market. Rained but didn't matter. Trained to Ella. Try to arrange tickets we'll ahead of trip to get local price (few $). Even at $20, a great experience.

The room and the washroom was very clean and beautiful. Some of the international movie and music channels were available. When we requested for a iron, unlike some hotels in Sri Lanka, they provided an ironing table as well. Mr. Fedmo was a very nice gentlemen. The breakfast was served at the requested time and the food was tasty.

The refrigerator was not working. Also, there was no one to contact after 10p.m.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and one of our rooms was upgraded. The rooms were very clean, spacious and as presented on the website. New batteries were supplied immediately when the safe didn’t work. Lovely fresh fluffy towels!

The fan and AC were noisy so had to be turned off several times.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Kandy and has amazing value for money. We got an upgrade to a really nice triple room with a lot of space and a nice balcony. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made all our wishes come true for breakfast and during the day. Can highly recommend the watermelon juice for breakfast it is simply amazing!

We had the superior suite, 2 balconies and the hot tub! The room is huge and the bed was reasonably comfy but not the best we’d had. We were only meant to stay for 2 nights but my partner was Ill and they allowed us to extend our stay day-by-day at the same rate which was fantastic value.

Beware of the monkeys!!! We had our tobacco stolen 😂 Luckily it wasn’t something else like a wallet or camera lens. Ensure you listen to the stickers and keep the doors not jus closed, but LOCKED.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with tips and making sure everything went perfectly in my trip. The jacuzzi in the room was a huge plus. The room itself is big which was great. The hotel is close to the train station which makes the trip easier.
