We had an amazing stay! The hotel arranged a transfer from Zermatt train station — we just called and told them which train we were taking from Täsch. Marina 🤩 was a super friendly host ❤️ — she picked us up, drove us to the hotel, and gave us a few great recommendations. The hotel itself is lovely. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a direct view of the Matterhorn — absolutely stunning. Breakfast is served in the room: you place your order the evening before, and in the morning it’s beautifully delivered on a trolley 🥰🤩 We loved this touch! The location is fantastic — just 50 meters from the gondola to the glacier. Other transport options are also nearby, with the green bus stop just one level down by elevator. The bus is free of charge.

Nothing. If next time we are in Zermatt, we will stay there again.

One night's stay at the Chalet, but worth it! We were picked up from the station with our bags by Marina who was amazing and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay special. She also picked out cases up from the chalet and took them to the hotel the next day so we could explore the town. Then took us back to the station when we were ready to leave. We used the spa facilities the next day and the view from the outdoor pool area is exactly as pictured but even more picturesque than I could've imagined. It made our last night and day the best we'd had in our 2 weeks trip around Switzerland and Northern Italy. We even did the cable car trip which is located just outside the hotel.

The afternoon cake! This is a very nice property, so comfortable in every way. I love the modern appliances.

Not a dislike, but I wish they gave individual choice for breakfast. Whatever my husband ordered, I received also even when I put my own order/preference. We were given one cup of coffee each morning. The kitchen needs at least one big pot, a big frying pan and a pair of scissors. I wanted to make pasta but there was no pot or pan I could use. The dining chairs are not very comfortable because of all the metals.

We had the most amazing stay! Zurbriggen has what surely must be the best Matterhorn view in town - uninterrupted and so peaceful! Breakfast was served to our room each morning, which we loved setting up on the balcony. The spa was incredible, especially the outdoor pool with mountain views - we spent each afternoon here after a hiking in the morning. Perfect location, wonderful staff – we’ll definitely be back!

The location is incredible! Looking out at the Matterhorn and right next to the lifts! The service from the family was outstanding starting from communications, pick up at train station and hospitality!!! Also - the in room fondue was wonderful.

Nothing not to love.

The views are extraordinary. Its proximity to the Matterhorn made it easy to hop on the gondola first thing each morning. In the afternoons we could enjoy the pool and outdoor loungers with the spectacular view. The spa area was also a great place to relax after a strenuous day in the mountains. Breakfast was delivered to the room just as ordered with quality of ingredients, particularly the variety of local cheeses and fresh bread. We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended our stay.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It well exceeded our expectations. The view was the most impressive sight. The staff was so friendly & helpful. The pool & spa were excellent. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast we had in Switzerland.

The only negative was that it was quite a walk from the main part of town (ie: restaurants). But this may be a positive for some!

Fantastic property at an excellent location - you look at the Matterhorn uninterrupted. On clear days it was mesmerizing, but even in times when it rained it was like being in fairyland. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Staff is super helpful and friendly

The only question would be on limitations on food options - but breakfast was excellent

Was one of the highlights of our stay in Switzerland. Breakfast in bed, pool looking at the Matterhorn, super nice staff, beautiful amenities/building, close enough to town without being in town. To top it off we got a ride to the train from Mr. Zurbriggen himself. Would no doubt stay here again, would be lovely in winter time.

There was absolutely nothing out of place, everything you need.

Fantastic location, built by a family for families and couples all the same. Can not say a bad thing about it, wouldn’t recommend anywhere else
