Everything! This was a great property in a great location with wonderful amenities and friendly helpful staff. Many thanks to Bridgette and others at the Panorama Ski lodge. The apartment was well apportioned, in a great location with spectacular views of the Alps and the Matterhorn. The sunlight glinting off the Matterhorn really has to be seen to be appreciated. The apartment isn’t at the centre of town but rather at the centre of everything, which is even better. Easy 15 minute work to the Main Street in Zermatt, but also easy walk to the different ski lifts and the gondola for the glacier paradise. There are restaurants just round the corner and we could always get a table. We really loved this place and were very sorry to leave.

Everything was excellent. The only slight thing is that I found the pillows a bit soft, but I usually need to sleep with a special memory foam neck pillow.

This apartment is spacious and well maintained. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved looking off of the 3 balconies and the views of the Matterhorn. We were met by the owners and were well taken care of that afternoon and the next morning. Great, quiet location with a couple of small restaurants near by. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

This apartment is about a 8 minute ride in a taxi from the main train station in Zermatt. We didn't realize how far out it was and away from shopping/restaurants, but once we arrived, we realized how quaint and nice the area was.

Nice 2 bedroom modern place with balconies with view of Matterhorn. Hosts were very nice. Breakfast was nice with tables set out based on the room name.

Zermatt does not have any air conditioning and it becomes a little warm in August. Opening the doors and windows helps but a stand up/ tower fan was not available and this would be a small but useful investment.

A beautiful ski lodge with a beautiful panoramic view of the Matterhorn. It was a large room with 3 balconies. Very comfortable we had everything we needed. The young lady that works in the lodge "Déborah" was so nice and accommodating. She is very sweet and catered to our every need. We had a perfect stay because of her.

Fabulous views, great breakfast and a wonderful, clean and modern establishment and room. Brigitte the owner gave us a wonderful welcome and could not have been more helpful in ensuring we enjoyed a wonderful comfortable and adventurous stay in Zermatt. We are not a normal group - two single fathers, a teenager and a pre teenager. But we were looked after very well.

Everything. The best view of the Matterhorn. The place was equipped with all modern facilities including even sauna and hammam. The place was super clean. Our host, Déborah, was so polite and helpful.

A little hike to reach the place from the main station but having a personal view of the Matterhorn is worth it.

Wonderful small boutique style apart hotel, I can't say enough good things about it: very professional and kind staff with spot on recommendations for anything you may need. The apartment had a magnificent view of the Matterhorn and was very large, comfortable, well decorated and outfitted with high end fixtures and appliances. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really good too with variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and quality cold cuts. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others

Great location! Amazing view of Matterhorn can see clearly when stay in apartment or balcony. Providing taxi services pick up and drop off from the train station is bigger impact because it is hard to walk by foot up to the property. The room is comfortable , bright and clean. Also the kitchen has base thing can cook your food. The shower and bath room are great! Good breakfast. The stuff is helpful with their local experience.

The view was fantastic!! Super clean, spacious apartment. Very modern! Two outdoor spaces in our room, both with Matterhorn views. The waterfall shower setting was amazing! Mood lighting in the shower was an added bonus.

The distance from the train station. If you have a lot of luggage, it would be difficult to walk to the hotel. It's all uphill, and it's a long walk. We took a taxi, which was pricey. The bar at the hotel wasn't open during our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Just like at home. Would definitely recommend. A very nice 10 minute walk from centre, with fabulous views. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We loved our trip and will definitely be back.
