The shuttle bus pick us up from the train station and drive us across the town and view. A warm welcome from the staff upon our arrival and a welcome Zermatt beer as our welcome drink!! Staff also directly send our luggage to our room. Friendly staff also take us for a hotel tour and introduce us all the facilities. They have pool that is in-door and you can swim to out-door. Have spa and all kinds of facilities!!! The room view is astonishing and stunning Matterhorn view directly from our room and bed!!! We can sit outside the balcony and have the great view of our life with Matterhorn.

Really a pleasant place to stay and I was surprised to find it so family friendly. Their easy going tolerance of young children and the facilities provided for families were a nice find in Zermatt. There is a nice clean baby change table in the dining area, the pencils and colouring in pages as well as chocolates were a simple yet nice touch in the room as were the kids sized slippers and bathrobes. All of the ladies attending to our room, the reception, breakfast service staff and the bahnhof shuttle driver were very helpful, friendly and evidently hard working.

It's a pity that smoking is permitted on the pool deck. The sofa had been damaged by some ash. Smoking is tolerated a bit too much in Europe so no criticism of the hotel is intended.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s right next to the Zermatt furi lift station which alone is worth the stay. Last thing you want to do after a big day of skiing is carry kids’ skis for miles or fight for a shuttle or taxi home. Staff are really amazing. They went out their way to help us track down some lost luggage. You can get your ski passes directly from the hotel. For us it actually turned out a little cheaper than getting it on the Zermatt app. There is an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi which the kids loved after skiing. It’s a 20min walk or a rather expensive 15CHF taxi ride to town centre. There is a good breakfast but no hotel restaurant as such for lunch or dinner. They can however order food from any restaurant so it arrives at the hotel for dinner, which can be enjoyed at the hotel. We usually like to try different hotels when we travel but this one I’d come back to.

We had a brilliant stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room and bathroom were great, a good size and provided everything you need. We liked the fresh water supply every day. The shower was excellent. We loved the pool, which was super clean and warm - and swimming through to the outdoor jacuzzi area was great. We had prosecco up on terrace and looked out at the mountains and stars - just perfect! Great location too, next to the Matterhorn Express and a short walk to the middle of Zermatt.

We would have liked to use the air con in the room as it was very warm at times during our August visit. They did give us two fans though! The only additional tiny bit of feedback we'd give, is to see a few more vegan options on the breakfast. We had breads, fruit and cereals with oat milk which was great, but it would be even better if there was a rosti, vegan sausage or vegan-friendly pastries :)

We stayed in a cozy corner room with a charming view of the village and a lovely terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the village center and right next to the gondola. As a vegetarian, I found the breakfast options satisfactory.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations.

If you plan to travel to Zermatt with enough budget, then This hotel is definitely a very good option. It is nicely located right Next to the cable car to the glacier paradise, though a bit far from train station, they have pick-up service so you don’t need to worry. I like the modern design of this hotel and I like the fragrance within the room, smells like pine trees, makes you feel like walking in the woods. Staffs are nice and friendly , check in and check out were smooth. Room is spacious enough, and you basically have everything you need. Note that in single room, there is no window on the walls but on the roof top, it may be an interesting design, but not suitable for people who are claustrophobic. The breakfast is quite delicious with variety, they update some of the dishes each day. But dinner is not served here, you may go out for dinner or order takeouts. The swimming pool is absolutely the highlight of this hotel, while you swim from inner pool to the outer pool, beautiful Mountain View just jumps right into your eyes, the pool area is a very good photo site for instagram I think. There are also massage, but it requires nudity. There are free water and snacks served in the lounge every day right beside the pool. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this very hotel.

Although I am satisfied with the hotel, there are still several issues that need to be improved. Firstly, there are bugs like mosquitoes flying into the room in the night, which is super annoying. Secondly, the toilet and coffee machine didn’t seem to be cleaned very thoroughly, I spotted some hairs in the sink after checkin, and as I used the coffee machine to make some hot water, the water just came out with some coffee residues, and by the way, there is no electronic kettle in the room, if you need hot water you can only use the coffee machine to make some. Lastly, wifi is sometimes not stable.

The room was a very good size and did not feel cramped even for a weeks stay. The shower was one of the better ones we have had in a hotel room. The view was amazing as the room had an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very friendly and personable. The breakfast was quite nice.

The pool/hot tub water could have been warmer. It was a bit too cool to be outside on the colder days. The ski room was a bit cramped.

This hotel was BY FAR (like a country mile) our favourite hotel on our 6-week Europe trip. Everything about the hotel was amazing, from the welcome drink on the stunning sun terrace looking directly at the Matterhorn, to the tour of the hotel (which you never get these days). All the staff were so friendly. We booked a double deluxe room (I think that's what it is called), with the most incredible balcony looking straight at the Matterhorn (worth every penny). The spa... simply the best! My partner is a builder and he was so impressed with the finishes of the place, they have put good money into building it and it shows.

Nothing. This hotel isn't in the middle of town but only a 10-15 minute walk, so it didn't phase us at all. Just something to keep in mind when booking.

Staff is fantastic. They are local so they know the area and have great recommendations. Very close to the gondola so the commute to and from skiing in the morning is a very short walk. Ski rental shop is right next to the gondola. Pool and Spa are great and not crowded. Breakfast is very good. European fare

All of it! Id say this is like a combination of airbnb and hotel service . Staffs are super accommodating , they go above and beyond . they know and understand the exhaustion that guests undergo after a long travel. Host waits for you at the entrance, tours you at the facility, gives you welcome drinks. Facilities and rooms are new clean and well designed. Balcony view of matterhorn. Great breakfast plenty of selection, afternoon tea. I would stay here again . Location is great near glacier paradise ride.
