I would especially like to thank Marcelo for his thoughtful guidance and for helping me get familiar with the hotel surroundings. Because of his kind support, I was able to enjoy playing the piano and to fully relax in the pool and spa without any worries. Marcelo’s warm assistance made my stay in Zermatt especially peaceful and memorable. I would also like to thank Janna, the sports massage therapist, for treating my body with such care and helping release all the stress and tension I had been holding inside. Janna is truly the greatest therapist I’ve ever met. This has been an absolutely unforgettable journey — both here in Zermatt and in my life.

Everything about my stay at Hotel Le Mirabeau was truly exceptional. First and foremost, the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had. Their professionalism and warm demeanour truly added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's facilities and amenities were top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring Zermatt. The breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains from my room were simply unforgettable. The swimming pool and the spa facilities are absolutely amazing! Additionally, the location of Hotel Le Mirabeau was ideal. Its proximity to the attractions and amenities in Zermatt made it convenient for me to explore the area without any hassle. Whether it was hiking or enjoying the local cuisine, everything was easily accessible. Lastly, I must mention the delectable breakfast served at the hotel. The variety of options available and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. It was a delightful way to start each day and provided the perfect fuel for my adventures.

Climate control in rooms: Although the room was comfortable, it would be beneficial to have individual climate control options to allow guests to adjust the room temperature according to their preferences. This would further enhance the overall comfort and customization of the stay, as the bedroom was quite hot during the night.

The staff were all wonderful, very nice and helpful. The hotel is only 5 min away from the train station and very close to the town center and the river walk. The bathroom comes with bath salts and a candle to use during your stay <3 Breakfast was very good, great food selection and beautiful views. So it was the cafe by the entrance where I dined two nights. Even my dog got pampered with a little bed, treats and bowls. Had I known about the bowls I wouldn’t have carried his with me lol Will definitely stay again :)

The only thing I didn’t like is that the rooms facing the street can be noisy at night and early hours. But this is not the hotel’s fault :) bring some earplugs if you like sleeping with the window open like me

Our room was fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It had a lovely outlook and a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The spa facilities were good. We used the pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms. The restaurant area is a pleasant place to eat. The food served during dinner was good quality. The taxi back to the train station was good.

The hot breakfast was not hot-at best it was warm. Having to order fried eggs was odd and not being offered a pot of tea was very unusual at least for us English people who love our pots of tea. The staff were either under pressure or forgetful as it seemed to take a long time for coffee to arrive. At dinner one evening on our table of 15 people my daughter’s main course didn’t arrive until everyone else had almost finished and I had to order my drink more than once as it didn’t arrive the first time. Staff everywhere else were good. The bartender was very good and the male receptionist on arrival was good too. He took time to show us around.

The rooms are very comfortable, beds and bed linen are very nice. We loved the bathtub. Also loved the spa facilities.

The walls are thin. We stayed in a room that had a connecting door, and my children’s laughter while watching a show was a bit too loud and affected the guests in the connecting room who knocked on the wall. The staff at buffet breakfast were a little curt and rude and cleared our plates without even asking if we were done, though reception staff and housekeeping staff were warm and welcoming.

Room was very spacious, especially for European standards. The hotel's common areas were stylish, comfortable, inviting. You wanted to spend time there with a coffee, a drink, or a meal. The location was fantastic. Close to the train station, the lifts, the ski rental stores. Big advantage: After check-out, we would ski and then leave in the afternoon. The hotel allows to use showers and changing rooms next to luggage storage, which makes all the difference when you travel after skiing.

Hotel is not far from the train station and nearby to many restaurants. Location was perfect with the view of the mountain Matterhorn. Room was also luxurious and high tech. We had hot bath with salt when we arrived. It was very relaxing. They also had a towel warmer in the bathroom. We also spent some time in balcony. it was city facing, but we enjoyed.

Breakfast could have been better. Less vegetarian options. Staff at the breakfast was also okay. When we asked for coffee and hot water, staff said that they are kept at their places. Go and check. Good thing was we had already checked and the pots were empty, hence we asked. I would have expected better treatment/answer than this.

Great location, close to both train stations (Zermatt and for the one going to Gornegrat), close to a supermarket and many other shops. The staff on arrival was lovely, the rooms are very clean and well equiped. We also had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, Marie's Deli and it was a true experience. Both the food and the serving were great! Would definitely recommend or come back. Note that Zermatt is a car free town so you have to leave your car to the Täsch Car Park and take the train for 12 minutes into town, as mentioned above the car park in Zermatt is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel Le Mirabeau exceeded all my expectations! The service was exceptional – consistently courteous, helpful, and very attentive in all areas. Whether at reception, breakfast, housekeeping, or the restaurant (I dined at the Deli), the staff were always friendly and professional. The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding, leaving nothing to be desired. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and I immediately felt at home. The farewell upon departure was equally heartfelt, making my stay thoroughly pleasant. I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade in the Etoile section, with an incredible view of the Matterhorn. The rooms were newly renovated and offered a cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor that invited relaxation. The entire hotel exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. The blend of modern design with traditional elements was perfectly balanced and greatly contributed to my overall comfort. I will definitely return and highly recommend Hotel Le Mirabeau to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Another highlight was the central location close to the station (and supermarkets, bakery, shops) which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Thanks a lot!

Room was comfortable, staff was helpful, massage service was excellent and almost everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The train station was a 4 minute walk and they also provided pickup / drop as required to the station.

The property was spread over 3 smallish buildings and facilities were in different areas. While they happily stored our luggage, they couldn't accommodate late check out beyond an hour (we requested for 2 hours).
