Big and clean property, very close to ski lift to Matterhorn. Carmen and the ladies at reception were fantastic, and checked on us for the whole duration. Highly appreciated the hospitality! Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. However will need to call the reception number as the entrance to the apartment is via the tunnel, and you need a key tag to access the lift, so best to arrange with the team for pick up from the train station.

The location was amazing, half way from town to glacier lift, the pick up and collection of luggage to the hotel was great and much appreciated, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was suffice. The checkout time of 11.00am was early.

I booked for 5 people, only 4 came so that made it expensive (€3500.00 for 2 nights) though I am not sure anybody could have slept in the bunker room upstairs, it was hard to access by ladder. The apartment was cold, when the sun was not out in the mornings and mobile heaters were used.

It's a great location - walking distance from the station and Matterhorn gondola. It has a great view of matterhorm from the top floors and a nice hot jacuzzi. Nice clean and spacious. Our host / support person Laura was absolutely brilliant and very very helpful.

The floor we were at had a privacy fence with curtains(pics attached/ which essentially meant absolutely zero views for us. The other issue was the decor of the apartment. I understand it was probably Avante garde , but freaked our family out - specially the one in bedroom with all those pipes jutting out of Mother Mary and Jesus

Amazing property and view of the Matterhorn. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

The apartment was amazing for our family of 5! So much room for us to have our own space, and also relax/ stretch after a long day of hiking. If I had to suggest anything for future people, the apartment is just to the right of the 22 Summit Hotel (cave entrance) in Zermatt, just call the contact # prior to entering. Such an amazing stay, highly recommend!

We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

Bit of confusion on the first day around location, ski rentals and connection to the main hotel. Not close to main lifts but easy to access the Matterhorn Express. Pool not working. If you needed hotel amenities, it’s not your place.

This place is by far the most exceptional stay throughout my entire trip in Switzerland! You can have the Matterhorn view right at the balcony and the house is perfect for family it has everything you need! The person in charge Laura is perfect in every way, she had definitely make my stay even better.

Is a bit of walking distance from the train station, but they do provided us with pick up and drop off service for check in and check out~

Amazing apartment. Great view to matterhorn Thecstaff are really great,helpfull and doing their best to help and make your stay enjoyable . Therre is a pool and a jacuzzi with amazong view , you dontcneed morecthan this to finish a day of hiking

Extremely friendly staff, good service, offered us free taxi ride (zermatt is car free zone), so we don’t have to drag our luggage to walk for a long distance. Helped us to move and take the luggage for check out, so we could have a relax time to travel other part of zermatt, and don’t need to rush back just to check out. Lovely place to stay, literally river view, we can walk out of our unit, then can see the Matterhorn view. It is a really good stay. Worth it. Their main hotel even cooler! If we have chance, would like to stay in their main hotel next time.
