The staff and management were terrific. They are very kind, helpful, professional, courteous and personable. After staying the one night (which I was fortunate to book due to a cancellation) we returned the following two evenings for after dinner drinks because we are so fond of the location and staff. Our son joined us and he wanted to come by as well. This was my return visit (last visit 2011, and my son’s second visit since 2014). We would have loved staying the nights there with our son but we were not able to schedule our vacation till after your hotel was fully booked, with the exception of the one night). The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The hot chocolate is the best I’ve ever had! We had a wonderful visit at your hotel and hope that we are able to get back to Zermatt again and stay at the Omnia. This time during the winter. Thank you, L Walker

Service: Exceptional and warm service with staff always greeting you with a smile. All staff also seemed especially personable, chatting easily with guests. All kinds of service, whether it be breakfast or room deliveries, were always prompt 👍 Food: Unfortunately we stayed one night only so couldn’t comment much about the food. Location: The view from the upper suites was amazing and you get an awesome view of the top of the Matterhorn from there (we saw the sunrise on the Matterhorn). If you get the bigger suites there is a lovely fireplace as well which you can light yourself. They also offer a shuttle in and out of the hotel. Facilities: spa, jacuzzi, and swimming pool look clean and modern.

Everything was great.

The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality. The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly. The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

The view and location are excellent You sit on top of a hill and overlook the city but take an elevator down to the street level and are steps away from the bustle of Zermat

We sprang for the octagon room—Omnia 2-suite Amazing view and feel overall, but it sits right next to a uphill path and house that people can stare straight into your room day and night. Also, my wife hated the small showers and no counter space—saying the architect was clearly a man

From the moment we booked the omnia for our honeymoon stay through the day, we checked out and even after has made an everlasting impression on us. We can’t recommend the omnia more for your vacation stay in Switzerland. The stash was excellent and always checking in on us to make sure we’re as comfortable as possible. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and rests on top of the most insane view of all of zermatt. Their modern style was some thing out of celebrity magazines with their incredible Jacuzzi overlooking all of Zermatt, to their massages performed by amazing staff, to the welcoming gift from their whiskey left in our rooms, to the little chocolates that they put in our rooms every single night upon tear down for bed… Everything was magnificent Upon booking the omnia for a honeymoon, we already knew from the reviews that this place would be an extraordinary place to experience. The reviews aren’t mistaken, and are well-deserved. Coming from California out of the country to Switzerland they made this whole experience a pleasant one to say the least. Checking in with us through emails along the way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 10 day trip. They give us all the knowledge And support. The customer service is outstanding, and nothing we’ve ever experienced before. Truly, if you want a once in a lifetime experience with excellent customer service, amazing breakfast and dinners choose the omnia for your next stay. I never even rate salads because they’re just a salad… But the omnia made the best Caesar salad I have ever had in my entire life. Not to mention their wine is something I’ve been searching online for for the last week to bring back home to the states. Thankfully I found something similar in the local grocery stores there that I packed in my checked bag on my way home.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent with lovely views, good size and nice en suite facilities. The reception/bar area were not great and the resaurant is virtually vegetarian so we did not use it other than breakfast.

The restaurant was virtually vegetarian and the bar was there but non existant ie no permenant bar staff and was not really a bar!

The hotel location, views, staff and team were all outstanding. Unfortunately during our stay the restaurants and room service were unavailable. This was a bit of an inconvenience but they did try to make up for it. The breakfast was lacking also but my guess is that was also due to staffing issues.

the service and people were really of a 5 stars hotel. location is perfect

Deco is of course elegant and sleek in design, but I could say almost too masculine. Like a men’s club.. As the outside fornitures could use a renovation soon, if may I recomend go bold and think on Knoll with Patricia Urquiola designs, it would give it a high class and femenine touch.

1. bed was amazingly comfortable; 2. staff was very attentive and friendly; 3. free bourbon in the room was a lovely touch.

1. bathroom was not designed for showers; it gets flooded. 2. we received dozens of Nespresso pods with no explanation of what they contained; couldn't tell a decaf from an espresso. 3. Our room was in back, not a great view of Zermatt. 4. No air conditioning, due to municipal ordinance, we were told. Unpleasant surprise.

The Omnia Hotel always exceeds all expectations. From the stunning views to the impeccable service, everything was flawless. The rooms are luxurious and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are outstanding. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the delicious food, made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this is it. Highly recommend—10/10 without hesitation!
