Everything about FIVE Zurich was amazing. At check in the guest agent at the reception was very pleasant and pretty much everyone I dealt with during my stay. The room and everything in it was top notch. The location is super, a hideaway from the city yet in the city. The bus and train station are close, you have to walk 5-7 min but count it as part of your daily exercise. I’m so glad I chose it. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast did have much choice but not a show stopper

It was our second time staying at FIVE Zurich and we came back because we have loved our stay in the first time, however this time we had noticed some small differences in the details, the tv was not working properly and when we informed they said they would send someone and no one showed up, the crashed ice in the spa was also not working, slippers were also missing in the spa and in the room, the room service forgot part of what we ordered for dinner, the same happened in the breakfast when we ordered 2 smoothies and they never came, also there was no hairdryer in our the room. There is no doubt that is an amazing place, the design of the hotel is quite impressive and also the bed is very comfortable, but these little details for a five star hotel kind of disappointed us this time.

The hotel area is quiet with a mountain and forest view.The rooms are modern and comfortable. The reception staff are respectful and pleasant, especially the receptionist, Miss.Maria. There is a bidet (Shataf) in the bathroom, and this is one of the best features of the hotel. The food is excellent and delicious in hotel restaurants. The breakfast place is comfortable and the food is varied.We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. Dinner was included in the room reservation, and we enjoyed watching the city fireworks from the hotel balcony.The general atmosphere of the hotel takes an advanced degree of excellence.I recommend the hotel to families and couples coming for tourism, tranquility, and relaxation.

Our room was on the third floor. The music in the lounge on the fourth floor was very loud and needed to be reduced at night

We enjoyed delicious meals and truly loved our stay. A special thank you goes to Fanni – she is such a kind and helpful person! Thanks to her, we received an upgrade, and her friendliness made our visit extra special. She’s a real asset to the hotel. The room cleaning process daily was really poor. No proper vacuuming and for some reason we kept coming back to a dirtier floor than we left. The towels were not clean all the time some has make up stains on them The bedding was not very well cleaned and it showed when the cover was moved The restaurant for breakfast was an absolute below average in terms of taste or options The room furniture is too funky and pop so not super family friendly

From check-in to checkout, my experience was exceptional. I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Amindra, who demonstrated remarkable professionalism and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. What truly stood out was the seamless manner in which the Mr. Amindra and his team handled my needs—something that even some other 5-star hotels might have struggled with. Every request was met with an enthusiastic “YES,” and they always found a solution promptly. It was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations.

Everything was perfect, but I would suggest adding a dedicated room for business printing. While the reception team was incredibly helpful and assisted me without any issues, there are times when confidential documents need to be printed. Having a public printer would be a great addition and further enhance the service for guests who require printing. Nonetheless, I truly appreciated the reception’s efficiency and support in handling my requests seamlessly.

I recentlystayed at FIVE Zurich, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is located about 3–4 kilometers from the city center, but getting there is easy due to good train connections. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named George, who took the time to introduce me to the hotel and its facilities. I didn’t feel the need to dine outside the hotel because the food offered was truly good. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest and most professional waitstaff I’ve ever encountered. A special mention goes to the wonderful staff member who, outside of her working hours, kindly offered to take photos of me around the hotel. Her gesture truly enhanced my stay. Overall, my experience at FIVE Zurich was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, convenient location, and excellent amenities made my stay unforgettable.

The location was great , we enjoyed the natural surroundings of our room, with the swimming pool and forest-like trees enhancing our stay. It's unfortunate that the breakfast option seemed too expensive at 55 CHF per person. Our input can help future guests make informed decisions and could potentially encourage the hotel to review their pricing. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, especially Manda, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I rarely write reviews but this one was a MUST. this hotel was nothing but AMAZING. the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the interpersonal relationship that the staff develops with their guests seeking their utmost pleasure and comfort is no where to be found. A huge shout out to David (concierge) for being only 1 text away ANYTIME of the day to satisfy our needs. Also thanks to Jamal Khaldoun for the best trip plan/advices and the car rental. Again I mention, the STAFF was awesomeee, each and every one absolutely awesome!! and the fascility was superb in every way!
