Everything about FIVE Zurich was amazing. At check in the guest agent at the reception was very pleasant and pretty much everyone I dealt with during my stay. The room and everything in it was top notch. The location is super, a hideaway from the city yet in the city. The bus and train station are close, you have to walk 5-7 min but count it as part of your daily exercise. I’m so glad I chose it. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay at FIVE Zurich was outstanding. Breakfast was wonderful, with excellent coffee and everything on a very high level. The pool is fantastic, the spa is excellent, and our room was spacious with two balconies, breathtaking views, and even a pillow menu for extra comfort. The staff was highly professional and warm — they helped me perfectly organize a birthday surprise for my partner. Special thanks to Oleksii for his excellent service during check-in and for always being ready to assist with any questions. Truly a 5-star experience.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. The atmosphere in the hotel was so special and welcoming that we only wished we could have stayed longer.

It was our second time staying at FIVE Zurich and we came back because we have loved our stay in the first time, however this time we had noticed some small differences in the details, the tv was not working properly and when we informed they said they would send someone and no one showed up, the crashed ice in the spa was also not working, slippers were also missing in the spa and in the room, the room service forgot part of what we ordered for dinner, the same happened in the breakfast when we ordered 2 smoothies and they never came, also there was no hairdryer in our the room. There is no doubt that is an amazing place, the design of the hotel is quite impressive and also the bed is very comfortable, but these little details for a five star hotel kind of disappointed us this time.

The hotel area is quiet with a mountain and forest view.The rooms are modern and comfortable. The reception staff are respectful and pleasant, especially the receptionist, Miss.Maria. There is a bidet (Shataf) in the bathroom, and this is one of the best features of the hotel. The food is excellent and delicious in hotel restaurants. The breakfast place is comfortable and the food is varied.We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. Dinner was included in the room reservation, and we enjoyed watching the city fireworks from the hotel balcony.The general atmosphere of the hotel takes an advanced degree of excellence.I recommend the hotel to families and couples coming for tourism, tranquility, and relaxation.

Our room was on the third floor. The music in the lounge on the fourth floor was very loud and needed to be reduced at night

We had a very nice and spacious room in the main building. The staff was very helpful and the area is nice too and was also quiet on the sunday we went there. We enjoyed a dinner at the Le Petit Chef and it was a lovely experience all in all.

The Spa area was ok but it requires attention by now since the hotel is operating since a few years and some faucets don‘t look and work as they should for a hotel this nice. But its good enough still.

The room cleaning process daily was really poor. No proper vacuuming and for some reason we kept coming back to a dirtier floor than we left. The towels were not clean all the time some has make up stains on them The bedding was not very well cleaned and it showed when the cover was moved The restaurant for breakfast was an absolute below average in terms of taste or options The room furniture is too funky and pop so not super family friendly

beautiful architecture and decor, lovely landscape, great social pool and an outstandig reception service (special thanks to Felipe, at the east wing reception, and Miguel, at the front desk of the main building). very easy access to the public transport (just 5 minutes walk to triemli metro station).

excessive and unexplicable slowness of waiter´s service, even when the restaurants were empty. the social pool could be open until later in the summer time (closing hour was 7pm, although sunset time was around 9.30pm)
