The hotel was nice. Convenient location and a very polite staff. They agreed letting me check out a bit later, free of charge, which was very nice. It would have been an extra thought if the breakfast had more options for non-asians.

The pool gets partial sunshine for a very brief moment in the early morning. There is no sun at all for the whole rest of the day, and I think it would have been fair if this is mentioned in the description as it can come as a big disappointment for those who would like to enjoy the facility. One of the two treadmills in the gym was out of order.

Room was clean and the air conditioning was quiet so it didn't disturb our sleep. View of Bangkok from our room was beautiful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with varying choices from day to day. Location is ok if you can get the Concierge to give you a lift to the local MRT station (one of the concierges was very helpful like that, so we would like to commend and thank him for not sticking to the rules and looking after the hotel guests like that!). Getting a pick up from the MRT is not a problem though.

The walk from the MRT to the hotel, although only 10 minutes, is along a road that has no footpath and therefore can be dangerous. Therefore is is advised to use the hotel tuk-tuk to the MRT. However, as mentioned above, the Concierge is supposed to only run you to the MRT station from the hotel at certain times. We found this a bit restrictive, although one of the concierges was very helpful and ran us whenever we asked. A big thank you to him.

Not my first stay here so knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Staff cant do enough, hotel is modern and very clean. Great restaurant on site and little coffee shop adjacent. Earthquake response was adequate with management keeping everyone informed throughout developments.

Unfortunately earthquake struck while staying and so all was very confused. It was during this event it became clear emergency escape signage was limited. Staff and residents confused as what to do.

Very good buffet breakfast and staff were all polite and helpful. Gym and pool were nice. Metro and skytrain were near and couple times per day there was a hotels free tuktuk service to the station. Also boat taxi station were close and handy to use.

There were no sun on the pool area after 11.30am. For especially at dark it was not nice to walk to the hotel from the nearest skytrain and metrostations cause the road was busy and no sidewalk for pedestrian neither lights to guide. Sometimes i used bolt scooters.

1. Staff were so friendly, accommodating, responsive and professional. One time we asked for coffee refills and attended to us promptly. Then we requested laundry service and one staff took care of it for us. 2. Very nice pool! I miss the pool so much. The water was so clean and the view was stunning. 3. The gym. 4. Breakfast was a bit expensive, additional 33 baht per person, so we didn't go for it. But it's understandable. 5. Our room was lovely! Wifi inside the room was fast.

I love everything about this hotel. It was first time traveling to Thailand so this place is a bit memorable for me. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay comfortable.

Beautiful room & the whole place is immaculate. The food at breakfast was great, and also ordered a meal from room service which was great, arrived quickly & was delicious. All staff really pleasant, happy and helpful.

It is not as close to Makkasan station as they say - you cannot really walk it if you have luggage, unless you want to arrive a sweaty mess and risk death by traffic. You have to cross a railway line and four lane road, then walk down a road with no pavement by open drains. Lovely. Shame, it is very close as the crow flies, but it is not an easy or pleasant walk.

Although it's not very convenient to travel on foot from the hotel, the hotel provides free shuttle bus to 711 and Makkasan station. The staff is very friendly and the swimming pool is also very clean.

It would be a terrible experience if you walked from Makkasan to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and dinner was not available at that time, so we had to go to 711 to solve our first meal in Thailand.

The room was very spacious and spotless clean, bed was big and comfy, water pressure was perfect. Front door staffs were attentive and service desk staffs were professional.

Hotel is located along side the Airport Rail Link near the Makkasan station, but it was hard to access by foot directly from the station (no sidewalk); however, hotel provides hourly free shuttle to the stations.

Check-in was friendly and efficient and my room was very comfortable with extra amenities like a coffee pod machine and a good work space with fast Wi-Fi. The hotel looked modern and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and happy to assist. Breakfast was great with a nice mix of Asian and Western selections.

If you look at a map it seems like the hotel might be in walkable distance of the airport railroad station. Unfortunately this is not really the case as you have to cross a few busy roads (not really practical with luggage!). In reality the best way to get to the hotel is by taxi. However the hotel does offer a shuttle service to the nearby metro station, and it's easy to get around by Grab.
