The food the staff
The cleanliness was not up to standard — some of the room items like the sewing kit and bathroom amenities were already opened and used. Also, the room arrangement was not as expected. We requested a quadruple room with four full-size beds, but received a room with two beds and a sofa instead Internet is not the best

Allmost all facilities are good, activities for adults and children are good as well. Food is well and tasty. And Alperen the barman is the best one :)
Gym facilities deserves to be changed, machine and bikes are too old. It is aa pity...
