Excellent location, you can reach all the main sights on foot, there is a tram and subway station nearby, there is also a taxi nearby, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast (as well as food to order) in the dining room and on the terrace with a great view

The room and bathroom were very small, although this was not a major problem. Next time we will book a bigger room. There is a mosque nearby, which can be a bit disturbing in the early morning due to the noise.

The location of the hotel is great, it can easily be reached by train, buses, tram and ferry aswell. It is close to a lot of attractions, so you can easily reach many of these by foot. We got a room on the 5th floor, facing the Yeni Cami, which was actually a breathtaking view, as well as the location of the breakfast served on the rooftop. The rooms were very clean, so a huge thumbs up for the cleaning staff as well.

The variety of the food served at breakfast could certainly be improved. It was okay, but nothing special, only a few pastries to choose from, 2 hot dishes, 2 cheeses, etc. Since the view of the rooftop is so extra, it would be nice to have a matching quality breakfast served.

We’ve stayed at Alpek Hotel four times now, and we keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — just steps away from the Eminönü tram station, making it super easy to get around the city. The highlight of the stay is definitely the rooftop where breakfast is served — the panoramic view over the Golden Horn is absolutely stunning. The standard double rooms are very small, so don’t expect much space — but they are clean and comfortable. Since we spent most of our time exploring the city, the size wasn’t really an issue. If you're looking for a well-located, clean hotel with amazing views and easy access to transportation, this is a solid choice. We’ll definitely return again!

It is a pleasant hotel in the lively neighborhood of Galata Bridge. Top location - ferries, tram, taxis... all within reach of 3 minutes, just across the street and you're part of the hustle and bustle of Eminönü square. You get on the ferry and are already in Asia, or the Besiktas district. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, a few minutes away is the spice bazaar. A delicious breakfast with a million-dollar view of the Galata Bridge and Galata Tower and the bustling maritime traffic. Internet and cleanliness top. Great staff - especially Veysel, who always found time for a short chat. All in all - the stay at this hotel was excellent. Keep it up.

Absolutely fantastic location, excellent rooftop terrace and breakfast! Very adequate room.

Although the breakfast and morning restaurant waiter/manager was so helpful and attentive (superb!), the evening restaurant manager was very disappointing. We had one of, if not the worst dinner in all of our travels this month with vegetables being raw and almost un-eatable (a raw onion cut in half??) hard eggplant... etc. Pointing this out in a courteous manner to the manager brought only a shrug (no apology) and the bill!

Great location. Beautiful location, Old world charm. Great breakfast terrace with great views. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any request. The rooms are very small, but have everything you need.

Needs some upgrade. The carpet in our room had cigarette burns and a clothes iron burn . Needs to be replaces. It was clean however.

Hotel is very nice. It’s easy to go anywhere near to the shop, near to the transportation. All staff is that is very nice and helpful and the room is very clean. I arrived the hotel earlier, staff kind enough to let me check in early. I was so impressed especially Mr.Saleyman and all staff receptionist guy is very helpful and suggested me a lot of things. Definitely come back for sure! Recommend this hotel!!!

What exceptional and professional service. When we got to the airport after checking out we realized we left one of our bags behind. What a shock but due to the quick response and helpfulness by the manager on duty and the transport service of istanbulpickup.com this was delivery to us at the airport within 45 minutes. Both companies were concerned, responded quickly and turned a disaster into a happy ending. Would always highly recommend them to other travellers..... 5 ☆☆☆☆☆plus plus plus service. We are beyond grateful.

Located in a good place. U can take bus, train or metro or just easily walk wherever u want. Near to most of sightseeings. Room are tint, still okay. U can have breakfast on the terrace with an amazing sea view.
