Location, restaurant, clean quiet room -- all excellent! Restaurant staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. Exceptional breakfast.

I arrived on a late flight, and the direction signs in the airport for the hotel led to a blocked exit from the airport. I only knew how to get to the hotel (via the road near the car park) because I'd stayed here before. I strongly recommend that the hotel and the airport authorities jointly solve this problem. One of the main selling points of this hotel is that you should be able to enter the hotel from inside the airport building without having to do a detour outside and discover your own way, possibly in the dark and/or bad weather. It would be very difficult for disabled people, people in a wheelchair and even for people with young children or a lot of heavy luggage.

This is a wonderful place to stay especially when you have an early morning flight to catch because it is basically attached to the airport. You have no worries about catching some shuttle to the airport in the wee hours of the morning, you can easily walk down the hall and you're there. A convenience that is hard to pass up. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever you needed them. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are made even more charming by the lovely wrap around outdoor terrace. I highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Fruit salads and the breads ar breakfast were a favourite. My husband also loved their carrot cake. My choices were the prosciutto and cheeses with the fresh bread😋. Bed was huge and comfy. We would stay again for sure. So convenient.

Couple of things in the hot beverage department for brekkie could have been added, like hot chocolate or Chai latte as an option (I don't drink coffee usually when out) and the only coffee available was a make your own, option via an automated machine, which was good according to my husband but would have been nice to have a proper coffee served (he's just being a bit of a coffee snob 😉).

The quality of the beds and linens was exceptional, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, complemented by the hotel’s soundproof walls that shielded us from any airport noise. Breakfast was a lavish affair, featuring a splendid array of high-quality continental options that catered to every palate. We also indulged in the evening meal, which was nothing short of superb, showcasing the culinary prowess of the hotel’s kitchen. Additionally, the convenience of bag storage proved invaluable, allowing us to stow our luggage while we ventured out to explore the captivating Cité de l'Espace before our evening flight. With the ease of taxi transportation at our disposal, the NH Toulouse Airport Hotel stands out as a premier choice, and I would certainly consider returning for future travels.

We didn't even have to leave the terminal building to reach our hotel, as there was a side entrance into it directly from the arrivals concourse, and well signposted. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, despite my poor French, and really helped us get ready for sleep with their calming and quiet voices. The room was great, plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom felt a little small on first impressions, but once you were in there and using it that no longer felt the case and it was very smart, clean and with a good shower. We chose the hotel because it offered breakfast in bed for an extra fee, and we weren't disappointed. There was lots fo choose from, the food was excellent, and it made for a very relaxing morning. Check out was equally painless and made for a good start to our day. I thoroughly recommend NH Toulouse Airport.

We were very happy with everything.

The location of the hotel was superb being right next to the airport. WE didn't find out till the morning that the hotel was directly connected to the airport which was another plus. We left before breakfast but it was a nice touch to be offered some juice and pastries on departure. The restaurant the previous evening was amazing and really high quality. The variety and quality of the dishes you wouldn't normally associate with an airport hotel

It would've been nice if the room TV was a smart TV given how modern everything else was. However, this isn't a criticism or detract from the stay.

Peefect location if want to be very close to the airport ( 4 minutes walking) . I was on a duty travel and had to pick a hotel which was very confinient to work at the airbus factory ( 5 mins by car) . Lovely staff and very friendly . I was here for a week and booked the standard room and realized the ac wasnt cooling on the 2nd day. I informed the receptionist Solenn and she did not even hesitate to fix this issue for me as she immediately upgraded me to even a bigger room with no extra charges ! Hats off to her!!

Breakfast needed a bit more improvement as it was simple to me . The gym was too small

The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a small dog with me and when I arrived at the room, there was a lovely little dog bed and dinner dishes for her! The room was lovely as were the amenities. It was a lovely experience as I’ve had in past years using the Toulouse Airport NH Hotel prior to flying back to the US.

As in previous years, my rental car’s GPS system could not precisely locate the hotel and I went round and round a few times before finding it. It would be really helpful to place a LARGE sign outside the NH Hotel’s parking lot to indicate you have arrived as currently it is very easy to drive by without realizing it is the hotel!

I had to do an emergency booking as my flight was severely delayed from London to Toulouse. I checked in at 1:30am and it was like finding a lovely oasis after my journey. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more professional.

As I arrived so late at night most of the airport entrances and exits were locked and it was mostly closed up so walking through the airport internally it was a bit hard to find NH Hotel. I did find in the end in terminal A but some signage / direction on hotel website could help for late night arrivals.

Highly recommend this hotel to travellers. Bed was massive and super comfy, room was big and clean and well provisioned. There is a nice little gym and sauna and steam room. staff were great. Notes: You can access the hotel from inside the airport - go to departures A gates and the door to hotel is right there. Also if you want to have a sauna ask reception to turn it on, they don’t leave it on all day for environmental reasons.

Only 2 very very minor niggles - The steam room was out of order, as was the bike in the gym.
