The location is excellent, we could walk to the beach, shops & restaurants within minutes and the train station 10 minutes away. The staff were so friendly. We were early but our luggage was looked after and our room was ready when we were told it would be. The bottle of Prosecco in our room was a lovely touch. Our Superior room was perfect for our family of four, very comfortable beds and large french windows that we could open up for fresh air. The room had air conditioning, a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Beds were made each day and we were given plenty of towels. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that, but we had drinks in the ambient bar and the cocktails were expertly crafted and tasted great! Loved the different fruit water on offer each day for guests. On check out we were given little pouches of lavender as a gift.

Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work which meant it got quite steamy! An extra chair would have been good (only one at the table). A chest of drawers would have been helpful too as the only storage was a wardrobe for 4 people. The bar area is modern and a lovely space, also clean & tidy throughout but I can see the rooms are getting a little tired.

The location was great, a short distance to the train station, a bit hard with luggage bit for day trips to Cannes and MOmaco great. Loved the room, although our view was not that great, looking at air con units bit we had a window. This didn't keep us awake

We advised reception that we had a sewerage smell from bathroom, they could not do anything the first night as booked out. No one came to us on the second day and they must have sprayed in the bathroom, so we didn't worry. (it would have been nice to have been contacted though) The smell was back but by the end of our stay I think we were used to it :) Bed was not made properly on one day and we had to fix it ourselves (sheets) plus sheets had stains.

We had a great stay! The staff were so kind and welcoming — really made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel is in an excellent location, super easy to get around. Breakfast was a highlight! Even though it was the same selection each day, the variety was big enough that it never got boring. Everything was fresh and really tasty — great quality food. The hosts were always around and happy to help with anything we needed. All in all, a lovely experience. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

Anything remarkable, rooms a little bit small, but that’s totally normal for a centrally located hotel like this.

It is an excellent property, very prominently located right at the heart of the city center. The rooms are very well equipped, nicely furnished & house keeping is superb. The staff at the reception is extremely friendly & they are willing to help 24X7. My wife left her glasses in the room on checkout & at our request, they couriered them to our next place of stay, i.e. to Madrid. It was such a nice gesture. We were a group of 10 senior citizens & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable.

Practically everything was very nice, It is difficult to find anything wrong. We were in Christmas season so the prices were slightly on higher side but still comparable with other properties.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Daniela, a member of the reception staff. Her exceptional kindness, attentiveness, cheerful demeanor, and helpfulness were truly remarkable. Her positive impact was such that her presence would be a significant factor in my decision to return. The overall hotel experience was satisfactory.

Two concerns have arisen during my experience: the absence of private parking and the occasional presence of an unpleasant odor, potentially stemming from the air conditioning system's dampness.

I loved staying at this hotel and want to come back asap! The design was really nice, a French touch with mid century modern vibe. The room was not extremely big (but not too small either - balcony as a bonus) and the lobby area was not grandiose, there was no spa or fitness but I knew that - it is a boutique hotel and the location was perfect. Right in the center in the most beautiful part. Some areas in Nice are not very beautiful, but this area I really liked. There is a cafe/bar in the lobby and it had a nice design and vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a little lavender gift when I left! Thank you.

At 7am the smell of croissants and bacon coming into my room on the 4th floor. But most people would not notice that. And there is only one small old elevator for the whole hotel - a bit of waiting time but it was alright.

A friendly welcome at reception, upgraded from a superior room to a spacious junior suite. Very pleasant and inexpensive bar, which was well used. Location is brilliant - a short walk from the tramstop to / from the airport, handy for the shopping and cafes on Jean Medecin, excellent restaurant Le Seymour (book!) is a short stroll. After checking out we left our luggage in their baggage store, with a 'cloakroom ticket' system and staff access only, for good security.

We didn't find an attractive b&b rate and adding breakfast seemed expensive, particularly with an excellent patisserie 50 feet from the front door for coffee and croissants.

Well, everything was perfect, the staff was really helpful and informative for everything. Besides that I don’t have anything that I didn’t like during my trip. The location of the hotel was perfect if you are a walker, everything was so close 2-3mins on foot.

I would say that this is more of a personal issue not that it affects everyone. There were not a lot of options for meat in the breakfast, since i am muslim most of the prosciutto was HAM but nevertheless the morning buffet had a lot of options and everything else was perfect.

Location was great! Near plenty of restaurants and within walking distance to the old town and beach. Also near the tram station if you didn't feel like walking, or the bus station to head to neighbouring cities. Rooms were clean and reasonably sized. Coffee maker in the room was nice to have. We had a room with a balcony that you could step out on in the morning - it was lovely! Bar downstairs has good cocktails and a partnership with a neighbouring sushi restaurant for quick bites.

I have no negative comments. The staff were lovely and even accommodated an early check in! Overall a wonderful spot to stay - I don't think you can go wrong here.

Location, location! Almost perfectly located in Nice. OUr room was on the 4th floor and we enjoyed the tiny french balcony, was nice to drink the afternoon coffee there. Free minibar and coffee was nice extra. They also provide the beach towels and a totebag to carry them which was very appreciated.

Bathroom was a bit tight. Luckily our showercabin was spacey. It was well worth taking the little bigger superior room, those extra sqms were all needed. What we didn't enjoy was the smell in the bathroom. Room maintenance was weird, on Saturday our room was not ready by 3 pm when we came back from the beach. at 15:15 they wanted to clean our room just when we wanted to take a shower after beach day. When we were ready around 16:00 the cleaners were already gone - so we didn't get fresh towels and new set of coffee. Not a big deal but we though the timing for cleaning was a little strange in the afternoon when people like to take a siesta.
