We highly recommend this hotel. Accommodation includes breakfast. It's like having meals at home as you dine with other guests in the common dining area. Unlimited coffee , tea, and potato soup, which goes well with yummy breads. Onsen ( hot pool) was also included. The room was clean, and we had an amazing sleep every night for the past 5 nights we stayed there. It is very near the hakata station, and all the food restaurants are around the hotel. We will definitely come back to Fukuoka and stay again in this hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly too. Many thanks again.

I got a little confused in the rain looking for hotel because I missed the signboard but after recognising, it did not happen again. The room was cosy and I liked the layout. However, the sofa in the room looked a little dusty and there were some stains on it. The location of the hotel was great since it was near the combini and the cafe opposite, and I could also get to JR Hakata Station pretty easily. Simple breakfast was provided but it got crowded since the lobby area is not designed for a large number of people to eat and lounge at. I ended up bringing my bread bun and morning drink back to the room for a more leisurely and comfortable breakfast. Overall, it was worth the money.

Superbly convenient location - just a short walk to Hakata Station and the bus stop for the express airport bus that takes you directly to the entrance of international airport terminal. The two male front desk staff who served us were very courteous and efficient. Loved the cozy breakfast area which was also a nice gathering and chit-chat area. Enjoyed using the coffee machine with many types of drinks to choose from. The icy, cold lemon water made available near the coffee machines was refreshing after a day out and the white bread for their light complimentary breakfast was so soft and yummy. The large couch opposite the front desk was very comfy to sit on when waiting for others. Overall, a nice, modern and cozy place for a short stay near Hakata Station.

The air con was at a controlled temperature of 24 degrees and there was no way to adjust to a cooler temperature when it got stuffy. There was only 1 tiny lift so needed to wait a long while during busy times and it was pretty tight if you got big luggage with you. The twin sharing room was small with little space to open big luggage or move around.

Pretty decent hotel within 4 minute walk from Hakata station. For the cost, during Christmas holidays I can't complain. Rooms were decent sized, small but bigger than Tokyo. Had a small basic breakfast of different types of bread and butter/jam and coffee included which was welcome. I loved the sitting area/library on the 2nd floor which had a great collection of books related to music, photography, travel etc along with a coffee machine. If I had more time I would have loved to spend time reading over there. One of the books they had was about a now famous street photographer called Vivian Maier which was fascinating. I can see that they have some good taste in finer things in life. I would just love to sit there for hours and have coffee and read but japan is so beautiful that we spent most of the time travelling. Maybe next time..

This hotel is modern and aesthetically pleasing, the lobby looks like a book cafe. The room I booked has a comfy bed and enough room to set out two luggages. There’s also a bathhouse even though it closes at 1am a bit too early. I also liked the pajamas they provided. Location is good, close enough to the Hakata station even if it’s on the quieter side of the station.

The cleanliness can be improved - it’s probably difficult to maintain but I thought the common areas like elevator and the bathhouse weren’t very clean.

Location was great. Less than 5 min walk from JR. Prime location to travel around Hakata. I enjoyed the bath regardless of how simple it was. A nice option to help decompress. Room was big for Japan standards...I have been traveling for over 1.5 months, and it is nice to have the option to spread out a bit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was set to 24c. Too hot for me. Every day, I had to ask them to reset to 22c. The breakfast could have included something fresh to break up the bread bread bread monotony. I appreciate having something but still.

Location was just 5 min walk from Hakata station. Good for travellers doing intercity travel by train and day trips/tours as the pick up is in front of hakata station. Liked that there was water and coffee provided at the reception lounge area. They allowed me to store my luggage in between stays. There were many charging points in the room and conveniently located. Wifi was also strong enough to stream the news on my iPad.

The reception staff were curt at times.

The hotel is close to Hakata Station, about a 5 minute walk away. There are shopping centers all around, and even though it was a busy area it never felt unsafe. The public bath was nice with water of a good temperature. I used it every night to relax after a long day of commuting. The staff are all nice and professional.

We weren't expecting free breakfast but our stay did come with free breakfast. However, there was only bread and juice, nothing fancy. The room was also quite tight in terms of space.

Easy access to Hakata station, clean and contemporary decor, fast free WiFi with wired internet also available, decently sized shared bathing area (rooms have their own bath and shower too of course).

Breakfast is nothing to write home about, just a small selection of bread, jam, and juice, but it's included with the price so it's hard to complain too much. Room size is quite small, especially for two people, but this is reflected in the reasonable price.

The location was fantastic. Slightly away from the busy-ness of Hakata station but near enough to walk. There was a combini right opposite so it was easy to get any other snacks I wanted. There was also a coffeeshop (I think it was Seattle's Best Coffee) so it was superbly convenient to get an afternoon drink. The simple breakfast provided was convenient for a quick bite before exploring the city. Checking in was smooth and without a hassle! I am glad I booked this place for another night of stay as part of my journey!
