Location. Convenient walk to Nagoya train station. Though as of most major train station, getting one's bearing at the start was a challenge. Simple, comfortable room. Executive Corner room has a massage chair in it - super awesome way to relax after a day of walking.

Kinda stingy on the bottled water. Hotel only provided water to adult, and not to the accompanying child. So e..g I booked 2 executive rooms, 1 for 2A and 1C the other for 1 A and 1C. Only 2 and 1 bootle of water was provided respectively. Other than that, it was OK. Basic, but good.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Eki Mae is at a very short distance of Nagoya station and therefore very convenient for traveling but also close to Nagoya centre. The rooms are very spacious compared to many other Japanese hotels. This makes it a great location if you want to relax or do some work on your hotel room. Breakfast is nice and early so all together great hotel for staying during work but also for holidays.

Property located at centre and close to train station. There is a parking complex next to hotel so you can drop your car there. There are many restaurants/cafes around property. Many young people were gathering at Friday night so we found difficulties to get good restaurants. The vibre seems great. Staff were good. Room is clean and tidy overall. Wifi runs well. Bed is ok. The air-conditioning runs hot at night even we lowered the temperature. They were still serving winter system.

Room was a little bit small when you have two big bags to unload. Other than this, everything is good.

The hotel and room feels like brand new, everything is so clean and the bed is comfortable even for 2 adults and a child. The staff is also very helpful. Coin laundry is available although I did not use them. The location is a short walk from Nagoya station with many choices of food and the area is very safe. The Lawson store next to the hotel is really great to grab any snacks and drinks. The shower strength is superb too. Cleaners will leave a fresh set of towels and water at the door if you choose not to make-up the room for the day.

Book for 2+1 but only had 2 pillows although had 3 sets of towels, not really a concern and did not bother to ask from reception as I believe the helpful staff there will definitely help if I had put in the request.

Having enjoyed the breakfast here during my visit two years ago, I decided to stay at this hotel again on my second trip to Nagoya. The location is great

The room isn't very spacious for my family. We've booked two rooms to accommodate our family. While we appreciate the hotel, we hope that they might consider larger room options in the future for families like ours.

Excellent location to catch early train to the airport, about 8 mins walk on the road. Also walking distance to shops and eateries (above ground and in the many underground passes). We took the Japanese breakfast option (4 choices) at Nakau which was filling and good value for money. This food chain also serves variety of affordable Japanese meals making it very convenient. Twin beds were large and firm, pillows were comfortable and the provided casual/ nightwear was very comfortable. Washing Machine Dryer with inbuilt detergent was great and has 4 options which can satisfy different needs. Air conditioning can be controlled. A good place to stay for a day or two.

It will be good if there is a safety deposit box. The tea making / cabinet area is dark, can do with some additional lighting. At other Daiwa chain hotels you can see the status of washing machine in use. It will be great if this is implemented. No USB ports so bring your power adaptors. However one multi charging cable is provided.

restaurant just down the first floor and the food is delicious. restaurant is very clean and comfortable and cozy which makes me feel really relaxing all the time.

the food can be more choices especially for western foreigners

Convenient location, great amenities, ensure to book non-smoking rooms if your are a non-smoker which we received according to our bookings, staffs were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel does offer laundry services, and coin laundry service, but the coin laundry service is too few for a hotel of this size.

Good location and convenient. The drip coffee provided was aromatic. There are reasonably priced Western and Japanese choices of breakfast at the restaurant downstairs which opens very early(around 5am for the Japanese), very suitable for early travelers like us! it is also a very short work to the Nagoya underground which links all the way to the station. The staff were very attentive to our needs and regularly topped up the room towels in a paper bag daily even though we had indicated not to have our rooms made.

Location = near Nagoya station which three main railways are accessible. Department stores and convenient stores are also near the hotel so it's very easy to find something to eat. Room quality = As expected from the hotel, they always offer the best quality and clean room to their guests. Staff and services = Great and helpful
