We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is conveniently located on the north west of Yokohama station. Very easy to find. Many eateries nearby and there is a pharmacy right next to the building. Our room was spacious despite fitted with 3 beds. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and you can enjoy a hot bath as the shower area is outside of the bath tub! My children loved the seafood chain restaurant called Isomaru suisan close to the hotel, they totally enjoyed the fresh clams dishes there. Traveling to Tokyo districts were also easy from the Yokohama station.

The pillow and the bed were too hard for our liking.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We were surprised that it had a self-service laundry room because booking.com didn't mention it which was a super plus for our family with young children. You could even check when the machines were available through the TV, so we didn't have to leave our room until we were sure we could use the laundry machine. The hotel was more high-tech than the other ones we stayed at. You can get many services by selecting it through the tv. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores close by which is also a plus. Overall for the price and amenities, we would stay definitely there again in the future.

After a long day, a 10-minute walk from the station was a little long for younger kids. But if you are traveling with adults and older kids it won't be that much of a problem.

hotel were accessible to one of the station exit, with plenty of eateries nearby. room were clean, new and comfortable. love the laundromat availability function on the tv so we don't make wasted trip to check on our laundry. particular compliment to Ms Oshiro from the front desk who helped with handling my damaged luggage. though it was not the hotel's fault, she assisted to check with the forwarding company and were sympathetic to our predicament. thank you so much!

Cool location. 5 minutes walk to Yokohama central station and thus can take train to Tokyo/other parts of Yokohama/other parts of Kanagawa in a short period of time You can get most you need from hotel lobby/room/nearby pharmacy stores. Lots of restaurants, shopping centres located nearby. Never short of options to choose from Overall speaking, really good value for money as a choice of hotel in central Yokohama

Friendly staff. Always put on a big smile. We can access to YouTube in our room which is a big bonus. Another surprise is that they offer Mikimoto hand wash, and body wash etc. They even supply you with Sekkisei facial products. Also, the jasmine tea that they provided is very nice. Not to mention that its location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants and bars. "Royal Host" right next to hotel offers great service and food. Hotel is very close to Yokohama Station for various train. We stayed in a room with one single bed and queen bed. It fits 3 adults and 1 small kid. Mattress on the hard side tho. Not the best mattress but given the reasonable price, no complaints.

They did not empty my garbage on second day. Just minor issue.

Second time staying at this hotel and we loved it. It was a last minute trip so we could only get the Comfort Single room and worried that it might be tight for a couple but the room and bed was plenty big so we had no issues. We requested a quiet room on the higher floor and they got us a room on the 12th floor, end of the hallway, very quiet. Overall very satisfied and plan on staying with them again when we come back in May.

Excellent location—just a short walk from Yokohama Station, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially appreciated the in-room TV feature that lets you monitor the availability of laundry machines. The provided bath salts smelled wonderful and made for a relaxing soak.

The staff were excellent and made every effort to be helpful. The rooms, though small, were comfortable (the single room was the same size as the double room). The location was very convenient for the station and eateries. The laundry facilities were excellent and could be checked on the screen in the room. The room was quiet even though there was construction next door. We sourced our own breakfast from the excellent bread shops in the station and from the convenience stores next to the hotel. Once we worked out the complex layout of the station we made good use of the excellent railway links, including the direct link to Narita Airport (JR) and to Haneda Airport (not JR), both of which we used.

Difficult to find the hotel given the complexity of Yokohama station and the construction work next to the hotel. Not that keen about having the wash hand basin in the room and the relative lack of hanging and storage space both of which seem to be general features of Richmond Hotels. We travel light but struggled to find space to keep the room tidy. Some hooks from Daiso would have been very useful.

This hotel is located right next to Yokohama Station, perfect to get to Haneda airport. It's clean, with great noise insulation, and wonderful staff. Rooms are comfortable.

Wish there was one extra pillow per person!! Also I felt that the main attractions were a bit further down the train line which may be a little annoying but it's not far away!

Good location, clean. The hotel had small extra things like chargers for all type of electrical devices, washing machines etc. Things that one really appreciates after being in the country for more than two weeks. Best value for money hotel during our stay in Japan. Decent size of the rooms compared to some other rooms in Tokyo.

Perhaps the breakfast could have been more exciting, we'll give it 3/5.
