The location is amazing. It is in the middle of salamanca which is very posh and safe. Lined with luxury shops and restaurants. It is not in main road. The road is only 1 car which makes it very quiet at night. I feel super safe traveling alone. I would come back just for the very good location. Also breakfast is good and the dining space is nice.

I came in summer so price was high for the basic room. The room is basic but comfortable. You have to ask for amenities through app but depends what type of room can get what amenities. The AC made a bit of noise and I couldn't get a water boiler because of my room type. I suggest upgrade your room if staying here.

Location is great . Excellent room size and breakfast , in general the facility is excellent.

Staff at the front desk could have a better attitude and make you feel welcomed , they are rough and lack customer service skills specially the female staff , they make you feel like you are there for free specially if you book thru a third party .

The location is unbeatable. In the heart of Salamanca which is a great place for shops, restaurants, close to El Retiro. This is a local area (I used to live here). You can walk everywhere. There is secure parking for a car, which you do not need, but I had. If you get a small room, it can be VERY small. The first time I got a small room it was tough for just one with two suitcases. The second time I got a balcony which helped with the claustrophobia. I thought the breakfast was very average, but mandatorily included. I preferred to go around the corner with the locals to "Mallorca'.

Perfect location for shopping. Good restaurants & bars all short walking distances. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Better if the bed was a double queen or king instead of two singles pushes together. No mirror and power socket in the same place made it difficult to do my hair. Gym could be better equipped, a treadmill would be nice.

The breakfast is very delicious, hearty and with good selection. Excellent coffee too at the breakfast! The location is great! Its at the heart of the Calle Serrano shopping district and very close to restaurants too. The staff and crew are kind and polite and check in/check out process was a breeze.

Great location! Accessible to main streets, metro system, restaurants. Staff very friendly and service oriented.

A/C was not cooling enough. Room was a bit tight. (long corridor and small sleeping area).

I've paid a larger room which was very confortable. the location in Salamanca is perfect if you want to walk in the area. Full of restaurants, cafés and shopping. Away from the crazyness of Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. The people is the reception were ready to help.

Unfortunately the room looked into a interior patio. The check in process is very slow, which is an issue in all NH hotels.

Very comfortable rooms, nice big bathrooms, a wonderful top quality breakfast with every kind of cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, breads, etc. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of the “5th Avenue” neighborhood of Madrid at a very nice price. Kind and professional staff and and adjacent very good restaurant with extended hours. I will keep staying in this NH Lagasca hotel every time I visit Madrid.

In the heart of salamanca and still a nice short walk to the big museums and park. Plenty of restaurant options about and for the most part, it was quiet given the location.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working, just the heating, but opening a window helped with air flow. Also, the internet is not free if you want to do some heavy streaming.
