Very clean, high standards throughout, staff very friendly. My preferred type of place to stay, in a boutique hotel where staff get to know you. Location was perfect for us, near all transport links and lots of restaurants all just in walking distance. Double doors opened up to a small balcony which was lovely as it got lots of sunshine from the morning and most of the day.

Pity no access to a pool on the very hot days. It would have been very helpful to have recommendations of local places to visit in room or hotel lobby/reception area.

The location is fantastic - right in town and close to S. Giovanni train station. It’s newly refinished and I loved the wood flooring (and the tile in the reception) as well as the very modern large green slab porcelain in the bathroom. I’ve redone parts of my home so I really appreciate these things. The room was a very good size and had a long desk, plenty of places for chargers, a sofa/twin bed, and crisp white hotel bedding. The breakfast was quite good - it had hot foods (eggs, bacon, sausage etc.) meats, cheeses, cereal, breads pastries, juice cappuccino- terrific way to start the day. All of the staff was super helpful & a special thanks to Davide at the front desk! Highly recommend staying here.

Elevator was a bit slow

This hotel is a real gem! So happy we chose it. This was probably the best room of our two week trip - the largest for sure. Great bathroom, coffee maker in room, bathrobes provided, even the towels were monogrammed! The bedding was the best of our trip as well. Location was great - really it was all wonderful.

The only negative was the mattress was rather firm for our liking. And it would have been nice to be able to make our own coffees at breakfast as with some hotels we stayed at. It was rather a wait for my cappuccinos.

We reserved 5 rooms for 12 people through Booking.com. When we arrived, the staff said Booking.com had information that there were only 5 people total in our reservation. The staff seemed quite overwhelmed by our arrival but made it work for us. They were very kind and helpful after the initial shock of so many more people arriving in our party. The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing! Great location.

Location was great close to both train stations , piazza at your door step with lots of food options. Breakfast selection was decent and a good to have. Rooms were good and spacious as other reviews complained but for a short city break they were fine.

I would have liked and iron and an ironing board in room but other than that we had everything available.

Great stay in the heart of Como! The location is perfect, right in the city center. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a spotless bathroom and a super comfy bed. Plenty of amazing dining options nearby, and the hotel breakfast had a wide variety for everyone. Highly recommend!

I didn’t like the light on the ceiling from the airshaft, which looked and sounded creepy, slightly disrupting the otherwise very nice room.

Amazing location, modern and clean. The hotel was the perfect base to explore Como and just minutes from the lake and ferry terminals. Good variety at breakfast and comfortable rooms. I had read that the rooms were small but there was plenty of room for the two of us in a Twin set up and we were out most of the time anyway. Would stay again without doubt!

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. The very center of the city, near the ferry station, from where you can go on a trip around the lake. Comfortable beds and pillows.

There is no complementary water

Great location. Beautiful boutique hotel. Large and elegant room. Great breakfast

The thermostat control didn’t work and the hvac stopped working after day 1. The coffee maker had to be replaced. The hallway noise from maids and other guests woke us up in the morning.

The central location, friendly/homely service of the staff (especially Iliana, Damiano & your hardworking breakfast staff) & spaciousness of the room stands out from all the hotels we have stayed these 2 weeks in Italy.

The coffee-maker in our room didn’t work well & the air-con seems to go off in the early morning hours.
