This is the second time that we stay here. This hotel has an unbeatable location, close to central station and Vesuviana railway to Pompei and Sorrento. Also the staff is really great. Location is quite good, close to Naples Central Station, Bus and Metro...Lot of restaurants around...Breakfast room was under some renovation, so they arranged it in the next door hotel where it was so so...Staffs were good and quite helpful...Room was with a balcony and was good with a comfortable bed...AC and WIFI were working fine...We found it a good B&B hotel...Will stay here again, if needed...

The main entrance to the hotel on ground floor is rather tricky for the first time, although they provide a video (by WhatsApp) to help to get into the hotel...The main wooden entrance door to the building is rather short in height and tall persons should be careful...Attention is needed not to hit the head with the door opening...Lift is there, but of old style and small...But the hotel in 2nd floor was in perfect condition for a comfortable stay...

We had a fantastic stay! The location was super convenient, right in front of Napoli Centrale station and the metro station, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered nice city views. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from, both sweet and savory. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they kindly stored our luggage for us until our room was ready.

The hotel entrance is located inside a building, which made it a little tricky to find at first, especially since it was our first time in Naples.

Location is perfect if you are going to commute around to Pompei and other train destinations nearby. Once you enter in the hotel, you forget about the dirty entrance of the building the hotel is located on that might scare some people off but honestly just matches the rest of the city. The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is simple (only a few options) but good enough for someone looking for a pure bed a breakfast hotel.

The entrance of the building and the elevator will for sure scare some people off who don't know Napoli that well.

The hotel gave us everything what we needed for a long city trip. The hotel is very comfortable neirby train and tram station. Including many breakfast options on the square in front of the hotel and some shops if you need something SOS. The area is good with restaurants. We particularly liked very much the staff who was very kind and helped us immediately when we needed more pillows. The price seemed a bit up when we were there but usually the price and quality is perfect. Complements to offering in the room a bit of cold water and a beer/coca cola and an espresso machine outside the room. Perfect stay.

We used this hotel for a short stop in Naples as had an early flight the next day. H22 is very well suited for this as very close to Napoli Centrale train station and Alibus airport transfer bus stop. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful - particularly in recommending an itinerary for our one day in Naples. Our room was very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet considering its proximity to the train station. It is only a short walk from the hotel to the historic centre of Naples, and not much further from there to the Spanish Quarter. Breakfast was an additional charge, but there was a good selection and very good coffee.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, shared great local information and addressed a problem with initial room in short order. Great location for Alibus (airport), Circumvesuviana (Pompeii & Sorrento), and Metro L1. Super clean.

It’s not your typical hotel, bit of a diamond in the rough. Unusually situated, through a “Judas” gate (mind yer head!) across a courtyard, take the old stone stairs or the rickety lift to the second floor - all a bit “Krypton Factor”. Still, a pleasant surprise. There was an obvious problem with the initial room, which should have been sorted before we arrived. Fortunately staff were excellent and moved us to another. Begs the question “what if there wasn’t another available” Initial Courtyard room seemed quiet enough. Final Street room was less so, with street noise noticeable from around 05:30. The practice of only issuing one key per room is nuts, particularly when you need that key for lights/aircon/etc. in the room. Potpurri?

This small hotel is very nice, super clean and the staff is helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is on a second floor of an old building on a walking boulevard and after hours you have to press the intercom to be let in. There is always somebody at the reception which is great. The location is not my favorite unless you want to be close to Naples Central train station and also the port, but keep in mind the hotels might be more expensive in other areas of Naples. There is also a metro station right in front of the hotel, so this is very convenient. Additionally, there are nice restaurants on the boulevard of the hotel, which can be convenient but noisy if your window faces the boulevard. Overall, this hotel is comfortable, super clean, has great staff and is priced well; just be sure this is the area of Naples you want to stay in.

I found the entrance of the hotel a bit awkward particularly for American standards since it's on the second floor of an old building but once you get to the hotel, it's very nice. The location is not my favorite because you have to take public transportation to go to the nicer areas of Naples, however I went in August and the heat might have made everything seem more laborious.

The hotel could not have been more welcoming, convenient and comfortable which was slightly unexpected for the very good price. They sent a video to show how to enter the building (which was a necessity) - I arrived before midday and they were happy to check me in and look after my bag till the room was ready so I could of out and explore. The lovely lady at the reception desk gave me a map with a route I could walk to see different sites. When I returned 6 hours later- my bag was in my room. It was possibly the most comfortable bed I have slept in when staying in a hotel. The bathroom was diddy, as described, but was so perfectly arranged that it fitted everything that was needed in a small space. Only 2 minutes from the station so easily caught the airport bus in the morning. I loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend - the highlight was the friendliness of all the staff.

Stylish rooms and lobby, an Italian house with a courtyard, decent restaurants right next to the hotel door, and a location next to the train station.

Hotel staff are clueless about what's going on in the city, don't know about transportation pass options, or where to buy them, which has led to confusion when visiting the city. Of course, it's not necessary to know everything, but it's better to say "I don't know" than to give the wrong advice.
