It's a very modern hotel that offers good value for money. Hotel Lobby is very spacious, and the moment you enter, the hotel structure radiates positive vibes. The location is very close to the port, and one can walk to catch a ferry for Capri and other places. Staff is very helpful.

The room didn't have any kettle to make tea or coffee

The room was big, the hotel was clean!

The smoke detector in the entire hotel went off in the middle of the night and it woke everyone up. It went on for maybe 20 minutes.

my room was on the 21st floor overlooking the port and it had a very nice view. the caffè napoletano served occasionally by the waiter from an extra large "caffettiera"

elevator service was slow and not so smart (many stops were without people); an elevator closer to your floor would not arrive because one further away was given priority; one was out of service

The room was spacious and clean. My husband complained about his pillow being too full, but mine was perfect. Our room had a large tub which was appreciated after days of walking. The view was amazing from our room. It was also quiet, even tho there are many noisy traffic sounds down below. There is plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes in the closet. Great blow dryer. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Beware if you want to use the fitness center you must schedule an appointment. The bartender in the lobby is cantankerous 😂. I remembered him from my visit in 2023. He didn’t annoy me, but his personality is opposite of the rest of the staff. Shower grout needs a good cleaning. But despite these 3 small things I would recommend this hotel and will only stay here when in Naples!!

location was amazing. very central and walked distance from main attractions. Very close to the subway station , less than 3 min walking.

They could offer a better means of transport to the airport as the taxes outside of the hotel would make up a price like 20 euros to get there while it is actually around 10.

Ideally located between the port, the Spanish quartier and the historical center. You can easily take the shuttle bus from the airport to arrive. For day trips you can just walk down to the port and take a boat to Capri, the Amalfi Coast, etc. There are some really nice restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. We got a room on the 29th floor and had an amazing view. The matress/pillow combination was the most comfortable I've ever had in hotels.

Very central, pretty near metro stop. Very kind staff. Room spacious enough, very clean and silent. I was on a high floor and the view from the window was amazing. Bathroom roomy and clean with a lot of toilet kits. Breakfast both english and continental, with a lot of choices. Fair free internet connection.

Lighting may be improved (no ceiling lamp, the floor lamp and the lights behind the bed head were not enough to properly light up the room)

Location, view and room. Although the building looks a bit outdated, facilities are fine.

Breakfast crew/team understaffed. For the rest, all fine.

Very clean, the staff was very nice the location was awesome. The gym was nice and clean.

The room needs more drawers for clothes. An ironing board is only available on the 16th floor. Didn't have steam. There were times when the faucet would run hot water when turned to the cold.. i had rinsed my mouth when brushing my teeth with hot water.many times. I had to leave it run for 2-3 mins before cold water would come.

The location was central and made it very easy to get around the city. Great views. Comfy bed. The person that took care of our room, Giuseppina, was wonderful and made us feel very much at home. Front desk staff was tops and made great restaurant suggestions.

The breakfast was okay, but way too much commotion, banging and scraping of the plates (who wants to see that?) while the staff was clearing the tables and you've just gotten out of bed and are trying to enjoy your breakfast.
