Nice hotel near Termini station and bus stop, so you can get easily anywhere.

There was a lot of noise in the late night from opposite building, some very very loud garbage disposal

The hotel was very clean. Janine at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. She was very nice and always smiling. She was our go to whenever we need some advice or suggestions when it comes to restaurants and tourist spot. We are very thankful to her

There’s no variety when it comes to breakfast. I would suggest mixing it up everyday like making scrambled eggs on some odd days instead of just boiled eggs. Also the air conditioning is not cold. We had to use our portable fan because the air conditioning is not enough.

The men at the reception were very friendly, helpful and super polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was good with a wide range of options. This hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from Termini Station.

Everything was ok but shower curtains would make the bathroom better.

Friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was okey and the location was quite center with bus stop right opposite the hotel and 5' from the terminal where the airport bus is, metro and buses. Around the hotel are cafes, restaurants, kiosk and mini shops as well.

Not negative but just as a note: would like if we had conditioner as well in the shower. The area in the night time is not the best since it has a lot of homeless around the station. Our balcony room was one with the balcony room of the next door room. The only negative i would say is that it would be more comfortable if there was a curtain shower as it was impossible to not make a mess when having a bath

A very good hotel right near the Republic Square. Very close to Termini station, yet without all beggars and drunks that always surround the station. Very good breakfast. Special thanks to staff at the reception - beautiful Ludovica and a great, very helpful and extremely friendly guy Stefano! Adil and Anel from Almaty, Kazakhstan will always remember you with fond memories! the room itself was spacious enough with a window opening to a sort of a balcony with a nice view. A very good dining place near the hotel - "La Famiglia" - great food, moderate prices. This time in Romw was a great experience to a great degree thanks to this hotel.

I appreciated the location - close to the main train station, with plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was also pretty good. The day I left it was too early for breakfast (which starts at 7) but I was given a take away bag with several things to eat and drink. A very nice touch.

On my last day the safe deposit box wouldn't open. The man who came upstairs assumed I had forgotten my code number, but as it later turned out, the battery was dead.. The morning I left the wake up call I had requested as a back up did not materialize. Luckily I had my own device.

Twin beds its same like double bed, no space between beds - maybe 1cm:) Shower - There was no water flow, the tap barely let water flow. There were no shower curtains, and there was nowhere to hang the shower head. There was no way to wash your head due to the lack of water flow. Breakfast - all the time when we came there was empty of plates, we were waiting for food addition.. it was like empty food tables 😄

Great value for money in Rome! And location is absolutey perfect, next to the train station and easy walk to the historic center. Many restaurants nearby. Staff very polite and welcoming!

Bathtubs need glass walls or at least shower curtain (that is easy to install and not expensive) since shower floods whole bathroom. Also breakfast could be upgraded (al least egg dishes should be offered which is standard in most hotels).

Everything was great. Staff were very friendly. I had 2 rooms, i was with my family. Hotel in the near of Roma Termini train station. You can go everywhere from there. It takes 30 minutes from Fiumicino airport to the Roma Termini, then 5 minutes walk to the hotel☺️ I really recommend this place if you stay for 2-3 days. The room are kind of small 🙂

Very good location. Close to the train station and metro. Very good service. The guy who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the towels were changed every day. The room clenaded every day too. There airconditioner, which is important due very hot days. Would gladly we stay in this hotel again. I would recommend it to my acquaintances and friends :)
