Most of the staff were excellent. I was able to leave my luggage there before checking in while I went back into down town. The room was large and well equipped, I really liked the complementary toiletries. It was clean and had everything I needed. There is no restaurant on site but there is a Tim Horton's across the road, a free breakfast was provided at the hotel and was more than adequate and I wasn't expecting it. Tea and coffee is provided in the rooms. There is a vending machine in reception. It is easy to reach downtown, over the main road is the bus stop, any bus from here will take you to the Skytrain station. I took a taxi from the hotel to the airport which was very easy. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe there.

The whole place needs redecorating. Everywhere seems to be shades of brown which gives the hotel a rather dismal feel. If not for this it would have been pretty perfect for me, looking for an hotel close to the airport with all the facilities I required.

I’m very upset with booking.com. You advertised over the web that it was free hotel transportation from the airport to the hotel there was no such transportation provided, and they never had it. I booked this hotel under the premises of getting a free ride from the hotel to the airport and ended up having to pay $25 I think you owe me the $25 back

False advertising on Booking.com you advertised free airport shuttle. Not true never would have booked there if no shuttle was provided. You owe me 25, booking.com don’t try to get out of it by not responding!

The property is an old one but we found it clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious (particularly the bathroom) with an amazing view of the beautiful mountain ranges. The check in staff were efficient and friendly with helpful advice on transport options. Pool was small but pleasant and being inside, good for all year round. We didn't use it but parking was only $10 per day which seems quite reasonable. Location is close to the airport (about 10 minutes away).

Arrived Monday evening at Vancouver airport for 12 days. Needed somewhere to stay before picking up campervan for me, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter Looked on line and Travelodge was first I tried Booked in, booked a taxi. Immediately made to feel welcome, very reasonable rates, rooms beautiful and clean The bonus was the swimming pool- we were soon enjoying that. Plentiful supply of coffee/tea in room Breakfast packs were great Will definitely use again Welcoming friendly staff, superb rooms, great pool, really good value for money

Great location, easy parking, pool operating hours 7am to 11pm, chances of a swim excellent !

80's decor but perfectly functional, bathroom and shower very clean. If renovated, doubt the reasonable price would remain, great restaurant across the street. TV reception poor, in this modern age somewhat disappointing, no reception coffee, breakfast comprised of a muffin and apple in a lunch bag which borders on ' breakfast not included ' had to make coffee in the room. One lift non operational, if more than one button pressed, it set off the alarm. The hotel appears to be on borrowed time, some redecoration was occurring, but if you stay beyond 9am, prepare for some noise.

My entrance card wouldn't work after changing it more than four times. Even when the staff came up to help out, it would take multiple swipes to actually get that green light to go inside the room. I gave up. I left the door open with the folding luggage settler, if I had to leave the room briefly. Having your room card not working at all, despite getting a new card multiple times, and swiping so many times, and still not working, is frustrating & stressful.

price relative to market was reasonable, still high for what's offered but it's high season. the location is great, water pressure and hot water is good

building is in disrepair, paint bubbling up in walls, the breakfast is terrible, my hungry 8 year old wouldn't eat it, neither would I. I remember there being simple continental breakfasts at travelodges in years before, perhaps try that.

Well placed to walk to the skyrail (Bridgeport 15min) from which you can quickly travel down to the Richmond Malls, up towards Vancouver Waterfront or to YVR. Provided a grab and go snack bag with juice, fruit, water, muffin, and a snack bar. The Sandman behind has a nice restaurant (Moxies) and Denny's is a 10min walk down the road. Nice pool and jacuzzi available from 7am-11pm.

Would be nice to have a restaurant in the hotel.

It's definitely a busy weekend, with a wedding in the banquet hall. The front desk has been patient & accommodating, with a lot of us guests in line, at the front desk to check in. The hot tub & pool is calm, and the grab & go breakfast bags are so convenient.

Because it was a very busy weekend with a wedding event taking place, you can hear crowds of people chatting non-stop past 4am. Of the two rooms i booked, one of the rooms' sliding windows could not open, and the condensation from the room window created a puddle / collection of water on the window sill. Please repair the window to prevent water collection on the window sill. This same room was also missing a hair dryer, so we relied on the one hair dryer from the other room. Majority of the hotel rooms has a nice, updated look. I think the changing the doorknobs and giving the floor hallways a fresh new coat of paint will make it a ten.

Travelodge was what my family needed it was clean this was perfect for a family of four it was not to far away from Bridgeport station, dennys a&w and tim hortons not to far away from the hotel.

The only thing the shower tap leaked when turned on and the air conditioner was leaking water as well.
