My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here; the hotel was very nice & clean, the beds were so comfortable making it extremely difficult to get out of bed, lol...The staff were great, friendly and helpful, that is aside from the lady attending the front desk upon check-in.

Unfortunately, however, every time I had just fallen asleep, I was woken up by doors being slammed and running up and down the stairs that would keep me awake for a few hours. As I had mentioned earlier, the lady attending the front desk upon check-in was really quite rude, snarky, and appeared as though she really didn't want us to stay here. Checking in was really very frustrating and upsetting. Other than those 2 minor details, however, my husband and I were able to FINALLY relax, enjoy ourselves and our stay, and we even extended our stay another week.

The staff was great—very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent, too. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the servings were big and delicious. Rooms were clean and neat with additional supplies available if needed.

There was no sitting area or small table in the room to provide relaxation for communicating or playing a game for entertainment.

Location and adjacent to Perkins restaurant - upgraded our room after first night due to dog barking in another room close to our original one

Unfortunately they had to close the pool for 24 hrs - and it would be nice if restaurant had later closing time (vs at 8 pm) as we arrived too late to have dinner there

Location was perfect since we were close to the hospital where we had family admitted there. We did have some trouble with a rowdy guest but the staff took care of us promptly and the situation was rectified

A/C worked well, pressure in shower excellent. Restaurant attached to hotel. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds, clean, lots of comfy pillows. Friendly staff. Large room.

I thought I was getting a room with a patio door but didn't, if I stay there again I will definitely request this. Another chair in the room with a small table would have been nice as we had our dog with us and ate in our room.

room was well-cleaned, the bathroom had no hairs lying around, the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were a nice mix of soft and firm for us to go through and choose between our party. Ample outlet access for device charging, and appliances all functioned as they should.

The brown slip piece that sits over the end of the bed was dirty, not impressed at the sticky feeling of the piece and that it was still placed on the bed. Very sad that the hot tub is no longer available, (though happy to have the pool) the hot tub would have been the perfect wind down after a long day of appointments and shopping.

beds were very comfortable, staff was helpful and very friendly, cleaning staff provided extra towels immediately when requested, like the internet connection, location to Hospital very convenient for early morning appt.

room was a little dusty I wiped surfaces with a disposable wipe, pool was out of order, not a fan of carpet with my allergies, and I missed the sign so extra towels were not needed after all,

The location was great for what we were there for and the price was pretty good too. The convenience of a family restaurant right next door. The friendly staff that were always available for any questions.

The pool area could use some work the hot tub is completely shut down. Didn't remember seeing a down payment warning anywhere when booking so that was a surprise at check in. The rooms only get cleaned every other day so the room, which was a bit odd from out last trip pre-pandemic.

The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. It was handy to have the Perkins restaurant right there. Decent food at a reasonable price.

It would have been nice to have more than one chair. The tub was very slow draining.

Staff very helpful, convenient location and connected to restaurant for a real breakfast

Pool and whirlpool a disappointment. Whirlpool was closed, water in the pool was cold, shower to be used before using the pool was freezing. Hotel in general needs a refresh, hall carpeting very worn, needs updating. Carpet near fridge in our room was damp. No screens on windows, they could be opened gor fresh air, but would let in insects. Road construction prevented opening windows anyway.
