The location of the hotel is good, Quite a few hotspots are in walking distance, from 10-20mins of walking. The room is big & clean! Parking is available roadside, if you're driving, remember to pay for the roadside parking. The shower space is quite big too & water pressure was perfect.

Maybe the room & toilet could be brighter. The fridge in the room, every once in a while it made a super loud noise and it was kinda distracting while trying to sleep.

We booked a family room for three people (maximum 4 pax) and overall we had an extremely pleasant stay at Frame Hotel in Penang. Would like to highlight that the room size was alot larger than most hotels of similar type and we appreciate how clean the room was. The toilet had a wet and dry area and hot showers with good water pressure was readily available which kept our stay very comfortable and room cleaning service was impeccable. From the time we were here, the reception was always friendly and 24 hours. The main entrance will be closed form 7pm to 7am which made us feel safe. The beds are comfortable and we had large space to moving around and placing our luggages. The hotel also provides for ample hangers to hang clothes/towel. There are really good amenities nearby including the New world park food centre nearby, New day porridge etc. The hotel offers also easy pick up/drop off point which is great for Grab rides which is so easy to move around in Penang. This is a very good hotel with good value. The only downside was perhaps the room was not as soundproof i.e. we could hear doors banging when people leave but we have no issues with that during our stay. Everything was alright. Great location, walking distance from city center. Confortable beds and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was very helpfull, they answered and solved all my requests and they answer quickly by WhatsApp. Great stay.

Rooms were clean & spacious. Toiletries provided which is good. Near to some eateries & main road. Staffs are all friendly & helpful.

Parking. There’s just few slots for guests parking hence need to park along the public carpark & to download the app to purchase online carpark coupons

The hotel appeared to be newly renovated. The room was modern and comfortable, and everything looked like the posted photos. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.

I think some guests smoke in the bathrooms as we could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom - either from previous guests or perhaps coming through the plumbing.

staff was friendly. especially the morning front desk Indian girl during my stay...shes the only one who greets me every morning and i did observed she patiently served and help an old couple who needs to book a cinema ticket..shes really a good staff.

the only thing was i came back late one of the night during my stay and i could not find any packing lot at all...hope fully the hotel can arrange parking lot for ur customer...

The hotel is located at a strategic area with many restaurants available in walking distance. The room is clean and things are new.

Everything was good except there is no parking during check in time. Its a bit pricey for low budget travelers but its okay. Manageable. Otherwise its a good and wonderful stay. Good cleanliness.

The room is very big,it got a fridge n safetybox,but don't know how the safetybox works.The bed and pillow is very comfortable to sleep at, my neck was not hurt in the morning,so it's good.Location is ok, but a bit of far from the seashore,you need to take Grab / driving to there.But there's many food available in walking distance,around 650m~800m of walking.

The aircond can be colder, a bit of hot even tho we set the temperature to 17c, but it didn't feels like 17c, maybe hotel's management can check n clean their aircond more frequently.
