The 30+ story hotel is located right next to the Ampang Park metro station and conveniently walkable to nearby malls, restaurants, and shops. Service was impeccable, the facilities were clean, and the hotel room was a nice respite of a sanctuary to return to after a long day out in the sun. The breakfast buffet spread is the best I've ever seen with a combination of cold foods, warm foods, Western cuisine, Malay cuisine, a noodle bar, espresso maker, and - the best part - freshly baked croissants. Be prepared to run on line for those fresh croissants. Overall, a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

I cannot praise the managerial team and customer service of the staff enough. The first night that I arrived, I had an issue with the hot water not running in my room. This then became a bigger maintenance issue. After communicating with Mr. Wahidi regarding this issue, he was able to arrange me into a different room and shared his sincerest apologies, which I appreciated. It was not the best start to my several-days stay in KL, but the kindness and sincerity of the staff redeemed the reputation of the hotel. There are circumstances that cannot be anticipated or prevented, but the staff went above and beyond to make things right. And this is what sets Perdana above from other hotels of similar caliber.

This was my 5th time in Kuala Lumpur, and was no question, the 5th time my choice will be Perdana again. I spent almost 2 weeks, and I still really like the kindness of the crew, the location. Pool is amazing, wifi is excellent, garden is beautiful. Did I forget something? 🙂 The area is great, Bukit Bintang is cool. Close to KLCC and Intermark.

Due to the size, the hotel offers a cool, relaxed atmosphere. The friendly, helpful staff offered advice on transport, shopping and dining when required. The location is very close to MRT, therefore making the city very accessible for relaxed sightseeing, shopping and general exploring, but the icing on the cake was the immaculately presented swimming pool area, a perfect escape from the heat. Not forgetting the breakfast, which had a huge selection of Asian and European dishes on offer, all under the guidance of helpful friendly staff.

This hotel has an excellent location, right in the city center and close to major tourist attractions. It's conveniently situated near two public transportation lines, making it easy to get around. The accommodation itself is incredibly spacious, featuring a full apartment setup with a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms, a bedroom, and even two balconies. The kitchen is only stocked with basic essentials, so it may not be ideal for cooking a full meal. There is daily housekeeping, and the apartment was spotless every day. One highlight is the large pool on the seventh floor, which is very clean and well-maintained. It offers a nice view of the city and is shaded by surrounding tall buildings. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym with everything needed for a complete workout, including cardio machines. Breakfast is buffet-style, with a wide variety of options, especially focused on Malaysian cuisine.

The apartment could use an update. For instance, the carpet is quite worn and needs replacement. Overall, there's a sense that the apartments mix luxury elements with cheaper finishes.

Beside being upgraded from the manager of my previous hotel, since it was part of her family’s hotels, the suite I got was very spacious, clean, good bed, great facilities and a pool at the 9th floor, away from traffic and the noise. Staff was excellent and greeting me day after day. Leaving or getting back. Close to CC and the options.

Location, quite close to KLCC, Suria mall 5 mins walk, the staff were quite helpful. Amazing views from the bedroom. Separate steam room for women. The suite was quite spacious with a king size bed. Kitchen well equipped with toaster, microwave, air fryer, utensils, you just need to buy kitchen rolls,fridge freezer fully functional, and bottled water given during your stay. A deposit of 100 ringitts taken as deposit, given back when you check out against any damage. Screens around the hotel giving information about the quiet and busy time for breakfast giving you a choice. Buffet style breakfast, with great choices.

You could not get to the balcony, maybe it's a safety issue.

Location of this accommodation is near to LRT and MRT station. walking distance to PETRONAS Twin Tower, Suria KLCC and KL Convention center. Aquaria , Petrosains and many others. What happen when raining, MRT near this hotel able to connect you to Bukit Bintang of course need to change station at TREX.

Sometimes employees at this hotel only great foreigners. Local staying here felt not welcome. Feel like to change to other hotel that value everybody staying here. Breakfast also too normal and not a lot of choices. Shower water pressure also sometimes low. Not provide any more toothbrush and paste. Towel also quite old and sometime smelly.

The room was very spacious with a good view of downtown Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast spread was very good. It had a lot of variety. The staff were very helpful and actioned our maintenance request immediately. The pool was very big and clean. There's also a secret steam room with an unlabeled door inside the shower/changing room. The staff assisted me to open the steam and gave instructions on how to close it after using it. I enjoyed the huge steamroom.

The bath tub drain was clogged when I arrived and took shower. I informed the reception and told them to give access to the personnel when i'm gone. They actioned it immediately and it was working perfectly when I returned. I'm also disappointed that they had to do pest control while the guests were inside. This is the only hotel where I've experience doing pest control with guests inside the room. Highly inappropriate!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel - the room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. I especially loved the well-equipped pool and gym area, perfect for both unwinding and staying active. The highlight of each day was definitely the breakfast, with a delicious and varied spread that set a great tone for the morning. Overall, a fantastic experience that I’d highly recommend.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The bathroom setup felt a bit dated, with old taps that made it difficult to get the right balance between hot and cold water, and the need to climb into a bathtub to take a shower was less than ideal. Additionally, being asked to pay a deposit upon check-in felt like an outdated practice in today’s hospitality standards, especially when many hotels have moved towards more seamless and trust-based systems. A few modern updates in these areas would really elevate the experience.

Perdana rooms are still maintained at a high standard. Its main strengths are location and staff. Very close to 3 metro stations and a central mosque as well as KLCC. ALL staff are genuinely excellent and always willing to greet you and offer help if/when needed. I can’t name all of them but Ihsan, Daniel, Ferdous were, as always, very happy to help. The young ladies at check in and check out were equally amicable and professional. Staff at the breakfast buffet are equally professional and always offer a smile as well as an excellent standard of service. My wife and I keep returning to Perdana from UK because of their exceptional services all round.

There’s nothing that we dislike at Perdana. Their high standards have been maintained for a number of years we’ve booked rooms at Perdana.
