My wife and i stayed there for one night. It was as advertised. The checkin process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean. The room was small but comfortable. The restroom was small. The shower was a nice size and had plenty of hot water. I am a picky eater, but I still thought breakfast was fine. The location was near several restaurants, including Pizza Hut and McDonald's. It was close to the CTM bus station and the train station.

A minor complaint. Initially, We only got one towel. I had to request another one.

I stayed at the Ibis Casa Voyageurs only for a single night. It is very close to the Casa Port Railway Station, which can be reached within a couple of minutes by foot. The receptionist was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. I got a room on the upper floor, which was accessible by an elevator. The room seemed modern, clean and had sufficient space. It was equipped with a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap, and amenities were available. Breakfast was served on the ground floor. It was a buffet, with a variety of good items.

It was almost perfect, the location was superp, opposite to Casa port. From this place you can easily walk to the local market and places. Breakfast was superb, there’re many choices of veggie and fruites. Baguette was the best, FB staff seemed to care that the bakery was always warm/re-heat. Got a good view in my room as request.

There’s no kettle in the room. Receptionists seemed NOT to have a service-minded and nice with guests. I asked if the hotel has a kettle in the room to borrow, the receptionist, He answered that the hotel could not lend me one and tell me that I’d better buy one in the city…….?

The room size was quite good and the size of the bathroom was really good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, especiially the bread was amazing. All the stuff was really friendly and the hotel is just next to the train station. It was a great value for the money.

First room I received was on the 6th floor. There was a weird odour in the floor as well as in the room. There were no towels in the rooms as well. It seemed the cleaning was not finished. I was giveng another room in the 10th floor due to the leaking toilet and I have to say the new room I got had no bad odour and was cleaned properly.

The location is just perfect for us near to restaurants and shops

One of the receptionist wasn’t open to answer our questions clearly by telling us that his responsibility of front office is limited by check in check out and we should wait full weekend until Monday to get answered by his boss. As we booked same day another ibis the staff there was very opened and they answer me on the sport directly and clearly the difference was very clear.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the main train station and 5 minutes from the Old City. The hotel itself is a bit dated but very clean, with spacious rooms and good amenities. The breakfast was very good, a lot of options to eat. All in all, a good choice to stay in Casablanca considering the price.

The room temperature was way too cold, the AC did not work in heat mode and the windows did a terrible job ar keeping the outside cold air from getting in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and well-maintained environment, making for us a relaxing stay. I appreciate the hotel’s overall ambiance and facilities. I hope to see continued improvements in service and hospitality to make future stays even better. Thanks for to the team for their efforts. Looking forward to visiting again!

The hotel fully matches its advertised level. The room was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Casa Port train station. You can easily walk to the main attractions such as the Medina, the mosque, and also enjoy the nearby pleasant streets for a stroll.

The only downside was that there was no floor towel in the bathroom.

This was my second stay here because I had a cosy stay a month ago and I loved the design of the lobby (makes for a good quiet place to work if required). This time, I had breakfast and it was a decent spread. Location was great and within walking distance from a lot of local sights.

Room size was perfect for one but might be a bit crammed for two with our cabin sized luggages included.

The breakfast buffet was superb. The food was tasty and plentiful. Good value for the meal.

The price of coffee is exorbitant. Breakfast cost 72 MAD but when I only consumed coffee without breakfast the cost was 30 MAD. I like to drink coffee before a morning workout then return for breakfast. My total cost for breakfast would be 102 MAD using this scenario.
