Flawless check-in/out via self-service terminal. Free (limited) street-side parking a couple steps away. Modern spacious room, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fast internet 50up/down. Good beds. If you're lucky the neighbourhood smells like coffee from the vis-a-vis JDE plant. 20min walk to supermarket, 45 min walk to city center. Recommended!

Well-working AC, however the room was a bit dusty on all surfaces due to the air ventilation. Wardrobe door hinge broken. Washing-up liquid would be useful in the kitchen.

Room seems to be in great order and clean. Somewhat small bathroom but worked fine. Comfortable bed though quite warm sheets. Quiet at night.

I found the room at around 150 euros a night quite overpriced. Although there’s a great little kitchen in the room, the price is without a breakfast or parking spot (the latter at 22 euros per day) Therefore, the given ‘cheap upgrade options’ were not cheap in my opinion and for that reason did not choose them. Safe was closed upon entering the room.

We struggled a bit with the self check-in as the system didn’t recognized neither the nane or other parameters, so we needed to contact a staff member.

Staff were friendly and informative, they left us to our own devices but we knew we could call on them if we needed something. Hotel was wonderfully quiet and the view was lovely. Bathroom was well stocked, and the kitchen was great for our stay, with clear instructions on how to use all of the facilities.

Bed was too firm, and pillows were too soft, made sleep a little uncomfortable, but not enough to hinder our stay. No tray in the kitchen made cooking a little awkward, but we managed with what was provided. There is a coffee factory across the road (literally) and so the area and room constantly smells of coffee, sometimes good, sometimes burnt. Such minor things all in all, but this is a testament to how grand our stay was.

The room was large, even for two adults and two teenagers. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay. The WiFi was excellent. It was very quiet, bith around and in the hotel. The location was excellent, a short walk from the local bus stops, with buses running every few minutes and just a short 8 minute bus ride into the centre. The virtual assistant was actually really useful. Our stay was excellent and, if we returned to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

It was clean and well thought out. We had what we needed to cook dinners and clean up. Although a self check in, staff was quickly available when needed, happy to help and spoke English (since we are English that was a big win). Price is good especially considering you can cook. ALDI and Netto not far away.

Location. It's a solid 30min walk from centraal station. We used backpacks but the older people with us had rolling luggage. It's very difficult walk for them in the cobblestone streets. Would be good if hotel could offer shuttle gif a fee. We could have Uber too but we chose to walk. Not the hotels fault. That's the only difficult thing about it: good distance away from tourist zone.

Restaurant closed on the Saturday night fir a private function. Would have appreciated advance notice as wanted to meet family there for dinner. Also closed all Sunday when had wanted breakfast. No TV available - only u tube snd Netflix ( not a subscriber!)So very limited .Should state in ad I am booked to return in late September - early October so will know to bring some food !

The reception staff on our arrival were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome as well as being very helpful. The location was ideal for what we needed (a show nearby) and it's an easy 15 minute walk to Zuilen train station or even closer to the nearest bus stop for Utrecht Central. There is a restaurant in the same building which you can access from the ground floor and we had a really nice meal there before heading out. The room was immaculate, well equipped, and had a very comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again.

A clean, spacious room, a well equipped kitchen, the views and very friendly, helpful staff! (especially Chelsea!) We also loved the possibility to rent biles and did it twice.

The bathroom is very small and you can't really open the windows so we missed fresh air.
