Good position - 10 min walk from S-Bahn station, 30 seconds from tram stop. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff.

Decor choices were odd - not a huge lover of the footballer art. No desk large enough to work at.

Halfway between Berlin Brandenburg Airport and the city center on the banks of the Spree. Transportation is very good with the S9 express train and trams that stop close to the building. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the sofa was quite uncomfortable. The area is quiet, there is a shopping center and supermarket nearby. The price-value ratio was perfect for us.

There was little storage space or hangers in the room, and the extra bed was hard and uncomfortable.

I chose this hotel because it was near the event I was attending. If you are a tourist who wants to visit the center you can take the S-Bahn (7' walking distance) and in 20' you reach Alexander Platz. Good connection with the airport, 20' trip, and 7' walk from the S-Bahn to the hotel. The breakfast was really excellent. Good balance between sweet and salty food. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows even more. Large bathroom, provided with hand-body-hair soap, no other products. The rooms are well isolated, I could not hear the other hosts. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and there is no traffic.

The staff was very helpful solving some issues with a noise from the ventilation and switching on the heating. Location is very good, 5 minutes from a S-Bahn station.

We had a false fire alarm. No real fire, just some detector worked wrongly. The heating is provided via a climate control system. First it was switched off that I did not realize. Then I switched it on, but the interface is not very intuitive. I would also prefer having a small fridge in the room.

I liked the closeness to the main places I needed to be, including convenient S-Bahn line to the airport and HTW Berlin. I also liked breakfast and the view from my window towards Spree river which will get even better as soon as the buildings next door are built. There were many places for dining on the other side of the river which served excellent food.

I was surprised to see flooded bathroom when taking a shower in the morning due to clogged drainage. Fortunately, the staff reacted quickly and the following days the bathroom worked perfectly.

Location with good transport options. Its cost is good for what the prices are nowadays in Berlin. Decent confort and facilities. Our receptionist was attentive, caring and polite.

Room heating is on the cold side, keeping a maximum temperature of 21,5ºC. Forces you to be clothed even while you sleep. Tolerable, but a degree and a half extra would help quite a bit.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nice location at the river Spree and just 5 min walk to S-Bahn-Station (big construction site at the S-Bahn at the moment). Nice view from my window, directly looking on the Spree . Hairdryer available, good WLAN, and TV. Coffee or tea constantly available in the lobby. A few outdoor tables available.

one night I heard someone snoring from a neighbouring room and coudn't sleep until he(or she?) stopped

The location was very great as I had access to train easily and there was two market that I could spend time and purchase my groceries , in hotel breakfast was good and staff was very supportive . I could get hot water and coffee all the time at the receiption and also I had beer free once 😄

Property is cozy and clean. Comfortable bed and very friendly staff.

Sound isolation is not good - you can hear everything outside. Also next to the hotel is the construction site so if you sleep with opened window you may wake up early on weekdays from the sounds out there. Also condotioner was not working because its April so its only a warming mode, and we wanted a cooling one. TV could be more smart for example to have youtube on it.

It was clean and quiet. It’s a bit far from the center of Berlin, but public transport is right around the corner. Also it’s by the water and there are various restaurants and a small mall in close proximity.

The mattresses kept slipping off the bed. Also when leaving, the receptionist tried to put breakfast on our name that we did not have. We booked a room with a kitchenette on purpose, so we could make our own breakfast. He was very persistent and skeptical and wanted me to pay. In the end he “trusted” my word and I didn’t pay, but that was odd.
