Everything, the personal attention was superb, the cleaning, facilities and attitude of the staff, definitely it is a new level in hotel experiences.

That nobody told me about a deposit they require at the check-in for AED 8000, thus I had a problem with my bank when I tried to pay this deposit plus the amount for the stay, so I had to split the payment in two parts.

Room was good , Breakfast was good

Checkout process was not good, i asked for a late checkout by 2 hours , it was denied . I am sure any celebrity or a prominent personality would have defn got it. After staying in a top hotel of the world , two hours extention for check out was not asking too much . Totally disappointed with the check out team.

As usual was very good . Although the bathroom carpets starts to look wrinkled and old . Time to change for thicker one that not move

Check out time and how many calls and pressure. Especially first night we check in at 2.30am which means 3/4 of normal rate gone. They could have been flexible instead keep calling every minutes .

Every thing was good except the breakfast I had much better in other hotels. Also they are way too strict with the checking late request policy I asked for just an hour and they refused

The asked you to cheq in at 16 and cheq out at 12 even you also didn’t complete 24 hours and you pay that much of money how and when you will enjoy all the hotel facilities

food is horrible. i have a stomach flu after having the dinner. choice of food for breakfast is too limited.

It was a great experience. Especially, the room, the swimming pool area and the breakfast were amazing. We also enjoyed the possibility the hotel provided to bring us to the areas near the hotel, like wild wadi waterpark.

As soon as we walked into our room we decided to book an additional night. Unfortunately, at the reception they offered a price far higher than we noticed we could book via booking.com, so we booked online. We feel that it would be more friendly if same price could have been offered at the reception, especially in such high-end hotel.

We had a truly unforgettable experience at the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail. A special highlight was our anniversary dinner at the Arabic restaurant, Al Iwan. When the staff member, Erin (I believe), learned we were celebrating, he went above and beyond to make it special. He brought rose petals to decorate our table and even surprised us with a beautiful rose. That thoughtful gesture made the evening truly memorable. Our overall stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were wonderful — attentive, kind, and professional throughout. Thank you to the Burj Al Arab team for making our celebration so meaningful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and heartfelt experience in Dubai.

Burj Al Arab – Service: The service is impeccable. From the very moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by a tall gentleman who seemed to read every wish directly from my face. Every member of the service team did their absolute best to make our holiday as beautiful and effortless as possible. Especially the private butlers – their training is clearly excellent and it shows in every interaction. The room was good, though not what I would call “very good.” There are areas that definitely show signs of wear and would benefit from renovation. Our whirlpool, unfortunately, worked only at 50% capacity. We had to fiddle with it for a while before it finally started, which is quite disappointing in a hotel of this caliber. The decor and furnishings in some places felt a bit dated and worn. One of my biggest concerns, however, is the Infinity Pool. The concept and design are fantastic – truly breathtaking. But during our stay, a young man injured his foot quite badly. He was bleeding heavily, and the cause turned out to be several sharp edges around the pool. Even my young daughter got hurt, though thankfully it was minor. Still, we discovered multiple dangerously sharp spots. I sincerely hope the management hears this and takes immediate action. This issue must be addressed as a priority. Also, our personal butler service did not work as advertised. While there seemed to be someone on the floor, we often couldn’t find them. Maybe we should have called by phone, but the promise was 24/7 availability – and that wasn’t our experience. On the positive side, the spa area is simply spectacular – located on the 18th floor, beautifully separated into male and female areas. We chose the mixed area and truly enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Just wonderful! Breakfast on the terrace was delightful – the view, the setting, the atmosphere. Though again, the furniture could use some upgrading, as it felt somewhat worn.
