Super nice staff! Great location

The pool was closed. The toilet is without a real door, it's glass, and you can't turn on the lights without lighting up the whole room.

From the moment I interacted with her, Tatjana demonstrated a level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication that far exceeded my expectations. She assisted me with every question I had—from arranging tickets to the Chocolate Museum to organizing taxi services and more. Her warmth and efficiency made me feel truly welcomed and cared for, and I can honestly say I’ve never encountered such high-caliber service in any hotel before

Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center of Zurich, getting around is extremely easy. There’s a tram stop just a short walk from the hotel, which makes it very convenient to reach downtown. The area around the hotel is quiet, safe, and has a peaceful atmosphere. Being slightly away from the busy city center actually adds to the comfort, especially when it comes to relaxing in the evenings. When we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us warmly. They were all friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They answered all our questions with a smile and were always willing to assist during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. We stayed in a double room, and our first impression was very positive. The room was spacious, tidy, and thoughtfully equipped. There was a kettle, a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a variety of teas and coffees, and bottled water—all nice little touches that added to the comfort. The bathroom and toilet were spotless, with clean towels and all the amenities you might need. Housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly every day, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The quiet and cozy atmosphere, easy access to the city, friendly staff, and a clean, well-equipped room all came together to create a great experience. If we ever visit Zurich again, we would definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

At check-in, a 100 CHF deposit is required, which must be paid by credit card as cash is not accepted. While this is quite common, it might be a bit inconvenient for travelers who prefer not to use credit cards abroad.

Just there for one night while attending the Euros tournament. Close to the stadium - super convenient for the football. Near useful street of shops & restaurants. The gym & pool facilities are a bonus. Enjoyed using them. Staff very apologetic that they couldn’t meet the room request we had made months before. And comp-ed us some drinks. Room is a good size. Nice bathroom. Great shower. Found Switzerland in general lacking USB charging points but this hotel had all sorts of plug sockets.

Nothing. It is a big standard corporate hotel. Well run. Well maintained. Conveniently located.

Full English, good quality buffet breakfast Whilst the hotel is located about 1.8km from the city centre, there is a choice of frequent and punctual public transport connections within 200m walking distance of the property, both tram and trolley-bus, which facilitate hassle-free access to all corners of Zurich. Clean and comfortable room. Because I made it clear that I was on a business trip, I was given a quiet room with views overlooking the hotel gardens and city. The dinner menu in the restaurant was excellent and the food was reasonably-priced and delicious.

The room could have been a little bigger, however I only paid for a standard room, and it was of the advertised size.

Hard working staff, excellent cleanliness, very comfy bed and good facilities in the room. Great breakfast selection, although can get very busy in there so time it carefully! Spa/gym/pool available and the courtyard was beautiful on our visit with lots of tulips and spring flowers lovely for a coffee out there. Hotel is a little out of the city but prob a 30 min train journey from the airport then 10 mins on tram from centre of Zurich, or a 35 ish minutes walk - the ticket/travel system is cheap and easy to use. Tea/coffee facilities and mini fridge in room all spotless and tea etc re stocked each day. Our room was 3rd floor on the courtyard side and it was lovely and quiet.

Great location. Turn left outside the hotel and it's just a short 5 minute walk to the tram station. Very convenient supermarket for snacks/fruit in the same direction. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection. Norman was very helpful at breakfast. The hotel facilities are great. Brilliant gym & sauna. Would recommend this hotel to others.

We used the pool on a Tuesday late morning and the water was cold. We used it again on Thursday late afternoon. A little warmer but not the temperature expected for an indoor heated pool. A bit disappointing however, it doesn't take away from the other fabulous facilities offered at this hotel.

The staff was so kind, we arrived before our check-in time and they let us use our room since it was ready. We were celebrating my child's birthday... They gave us vouchers for free drinks (very generous from them). There's jacuzzi and spa so it's always nice after a long day in Zurich. From the railway station you can take the tram way number 2 or 3.. then walk only 2/3 mins. There's a free gym area.

I just felt like the room was a bit small, we didn't have enough space for our luggages ... (My impression).

The bed was the most comfortable one that we slept on in six weeks. The window opened for fresh air and lots of natural lighting. Loved the pool we swam around for hours after we took ages to locate it. Loved the coffee given in the room it saved me money. Location is right near supermarkets within walking distance so we’re able to get snacks and walk back. There was a kettle

The shower leaked, the glass wall wasn’t long enough that the water would pour out past it. We didn’t know that the gym was a public one it was packed which was disappointing since that’s the whole reason we booked it. There was no fridge and the tv didn’t connect to our phones it was just local channels

The communication throughout my stay was excellent, making everything seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was peaceful and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment to relax. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Overall, my stay was good, but I noticed a couple of issues in the room. When I first entered, there was a strange smell, and the curtains didn’t seem very clean. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
